I'll be there to Judge your Italian arse John!! My oldest has a packed weekend. Pinewood Derby tonight w/ scouts (a Politoed car!! I know Jake is jealous!!) [Last year was Electrobuzz LOL] Then, a leadership overnight for the Torch Club @ Boys & Girls Club. I will pick Alex up early Sat. morning to make the drive over. I figure he will catch a few winks in the truck on the way over.

Will be fun! Looking forward to seeing all my friends!

A Politoed -ex pinewood derby car? When I was a kid, I made one that looked like a shark...it had two holes in the top for the feet of a little figuring called a "battle beast"...I doubt anyone remembers these toys. They were wikkid cool....kind of a precursor to pokemon in that each had a type that was weak to another type; only instead of being cards, they were little figurines that got to carry around all sorts of ginormous and macabre looking axes, swords, spears, and whatnot.

Check 'em out. Anyway, my pinewood derby car was made for the little shark battle beast, who on that site is 3rd row from right, 5th beast in. He fit in the top and led the charge. My car won the first two heats, and then they made me take out my battle beast, because they thought he was giving me too much weight. Next race my car gets caught on a piece of duct tape holding the track together and doesn't even make it down the slope. We demanded a re-race, but they said it was too late. Sharky and me were ******* off, needless to say.

Anyway, Battle Beasts were one of the great all-time toys. You little whippersnappers these days don't know what toys are. Hmmmph. "Game boy advance XBeleventyseven." Not a toy. You ain't playin' right unless you've got one hasbro plastic figure crackin' the imaginary ribcage of another.

Okay, I'm done. Enjoy your state championship.

That's two top fours and one top eight for my first season of states.

Two Florida kids, and we get t4 and 1st.

Grats Mike, thats at least one down for team bananas. Grats John too, sorry me and jacy werent there to give ya some more competetion, but we got in an accident on the way up there yesterday, so we didnt make it :/. Look forward to seeing everyone at regionals
