It's Sweet Mama Birch, not old lady. How dare you. time for a beat down, lol.

GBA event, for starters.

If you want to play in the GBA event you MUST be registered with your decks checked PRIOR to entering the GBA event. You may NOT play in the GBA event if you're not playing in the TCG tournament.

9:00 am - 9:40 am -Special registration and deck checks for GBA players.

9:35 am - Registration for GBA event. If we see you in line to get your deck checked, we'll enter you in the GBA event.

9:45 am - Pairings for GBA event begins.

10:00 am - Round 1 of GBA event begins. Single elimination.

32 players per group

I'll have 6 - 8 judges doing deck checks so there is NO reason why you can't be ready for the GBA event in time. Once the pairings start you may NOT register for the GBA event.

So, for those of you that ALWAYS show up at the last minute for TCG events, you better read this, lol. You know who you are. My advice to you is to have your deck list complete PRIOR to arriving to Regionals and as soon as you walk in the doors, go straight to deck checks.

All rules and what can be played will be posted tonight when I get back from league.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

We have decided to do 2 age groups. 12- and 13+.

12- GBA

3 Pokemon
1 vs 1
Up to level 50

13+ GBA

4 Pokemon
2 vs 2
Up to level 100

12- players MAY play up if they wish.

Rules will be posted soon, but y'all should know them by now.

Excellent!

In the Rules Post, there were some words missing.
*All Pokémon GameBoy Advance games must be saved at a Pokémon Center before the tournament starts.

SIDE NOTE: We will be in FL and NY (for their regs, during our 2 week spring vacation)
Y'all have fun without us...:frown:

Regionals are less than a month away, and nobody is talking smack?

Jorel is going to pwn all your noobzors. Will he stick with old faithful Bandoom? Or will he whip out a different archetype? Maybe he'll even go with an SD! Atleast we can all agree that he's going to take some people to school...no pun intended

Jorel is a noob. I smaked him around at states and will do the same at regionals.
Rocketman

Pardon me while I interrupt your smack-a-licious posts.

Head on, oops, I mean heads up to all the players, we will start posting a lot of information about the tournament in the next week or so, so be sure and stay tuned.

First off, The College Park High School Tennis Club will be holding a fundraiser at our event . They will be providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. Be sure and stop by their table and say hi. If you choose to leave the campus during lunch, you'll find a ton of fast food places within 3 blocks.

McDonalds
Wendy's
Burger King
Subway
Sonic
Whataburger
Taco Cabana
Taco Bell
Long John Silvers
just to name a few

If you're staying at the Baymont Inn, there is an I-Hop in the same parking lot. They actually have a good staff, unlike a lot of the others.

Baymont Inn: I just got off the phone with them and they said that there were only 3 rooms left in the Pokemon Block. if you want the 71.10 rate, you MUST book by Easter. After that I can't promise that rate. The 71.10 rate is good Thursday - Sunday (April 19 - 22). You MUST mention POKEMON to get this rate. If you don't mention Pokemon, they won't know you're with the tournament.

Now back to your regularly scheduled smack-a-roos. Apply directly to the forehead, Head on.
