St. Louis hosting Regionals at South County Mall!

Biggest Venue Ever!

South County Mall in St. Louis, Missouri is giving us a 8000+ square foot space to set up and have a BLAST!!!

Things to look forward to:

1. Friday Night Championship Arena featuring...NESS...advice from the Master himself, and free hand signed worlds cards to all attendees! He will be giving a brief "talk" and photo ops, and some 1 to 1 time with trainers. Other things going on too!!! Don't worry, will be over at 8:00 so we can all get together for...THE MAIN EVENT!!!

2. Saturday Main Event...Scholarships...Trips ALL THE WAY to Nationals (St. Louis heh)

3. Return of the Art Contest

4. Return of the Trivia Contest - tougher this time, but still great fun!!!

5. Pokeball Dodgeball (You KNOW you love it!!!)

6. Working on other great side events....

7. Special gift to the 1st 100 attendees (TBA)

8. Pokemon Figure (Real one, not fake Chinese Stuff) to ALL attendees!!!

9. Free Theme Decks for new players!!! (First 40)

10. Vendor on site to buy cards and packs from!

This will be a REALLY cool event. We will have over a dozen of the best judges and staff in the Midwest, and I am really excited, because this will be the first event where MRS. 45 gets to play a large role!!!

Zane, not quite old enough to play, but old enough to allow us to run these together for the first time, since, since, since, well the South Stadium we did in Arlington Texas with the GREAT MP BIRCH!!!

St. Louis is THE place to be for Pokemon this year. States, Regionals and NATIONALS!!!

Not bad for this midwest town!!

I'm there, Vince. Though, I think that Pokemon Figure part might be a little difficult to plan for. I'm hoping to see you hit 250+ for this one (300 would be naice).

LMK if you need Judge/staff for this!
 
I have 400 officially licensed figures already en route for this event!

(Not the chinese fake ones you get on e-bay, the REAL ones put out by TOMY)

I am making my deals for the Art Contest, Trivia Contest, and other (surprise) contest prizes as we speak.

Staff Packages are being put together. You are not just getting a shirt, staff card and box this year my friends!!! I have some cool surprises for you!!

Meal Lists are being put together for Staff. Yes, we will have ALL of the food worked out BEFORE the day of the event.

Did I thank Mrs. 45 yet for helping coordinate this event???

Still a lot to do, but I feel IN CONTROL with 90 days to go! No scrambling this year!!

Ohhh, Ohhh. Can I come??!!

I promise you all I'll miss it AGAIN because my mom wont be driving all the way to St. Luis.

Oh well, have fun kids with DRIVING parents!

Oh, and on my birthday next year, I'm waking up at like 3:00 A.M. and getting my mom to take me to the driving center or whatever. I'm going to be the FIRST one to get my permit on that day. And my mom will never drive again, nor will I miss a pokemon tournament!@!!!

I feel ya Toxic. Theres never a guarantee I can make an event anywhere outside memphis.

Looking forward to it, Vince! If it's a repeat of last year, this is going to be a real blast! It was one of the best events of last season for me. But, this year, it won't be a FULL repeat. Sam's going all the way to the top this year! No more freaking energy droughts and tails flips in Top 16 for me!

Soo I went to the Junior Class delegate meeting today at skool and prom is on April 14 =[. But it's only jr prom so I'll be at regionals =D
 
yay, my next to last event I will ever play in...wOOt!

Nats will be my last event seing as I have joined the Navy...wOOt!

Well Vincaroony...You know I will hate to miss out but will certianly be praying all goes without a hitch-well its normal event hitch! LOL

We will be basking in the water park of the Dells, if I can ever figure out where abouts we will be landing! That place is HUGE!! I have been working on our vaction package now for a month & still dont have it all worked out yet...lol Its just that big. The kids are excited about going & doing the family vaction thing but are sad they will miss out on all our traveling friends coming into town! Thats the biggest blow to them I think. But, hopefully the vaction in itself will override their sadness!

Cant wait to read all about the event though!
 
Your group will do great in the Dells, Mellissa, that place was just a bit too pricey for me....looked at it for vacation and went :eek:

As for you Tino, consider yourself aboard.

I believe my post will be Virginia Beach, VA. That is where I have my "A" school.

Thank you sir, and if I have time, I might play, but seeing as I most likely will not have the time, I won't play.

I will be an Operation Specialist/Seal.
