Stealthy Hood VS Wobbuffet [PHF] Bide Barricade, Vileplume [BUS] Disgusting Pollen

If I my opponent's active Pokemon is Wobbuffet [PHF] (Bide Barricade: As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, each Pokémon in play, in each player’s hand, and in each player’s discard pile has no Abilities except for Psychic Pokémon.) and I attach Stealthy Hood to my Zacian V [SSH], would that then "reinstate" the Trepid Sword ability?

If my opponent's active Pokemon is Vileplume [BUS] (Disgusting Pollen: As long as this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, your opponent’s Basic Pokémon can’t attack.) and I attach Stealthy Hood to Zacian V, would that then "reinstate" his ability to attack?

Thank you.

***UPDATE***
I asked this question in another forum and was told that yes, this is how Stealthy Hood works in case anyone else was interested.

Yes, Stealthy Hood would remove the effect of Bide Barricare on the Pokemon it is attached to and it would have access to its Ability
