Super Bowl!

Boo Packers...oh well, back to rooting for the Niners.

Agreeing half time show sucked, I ended up changing channels. And the kid vader commercial was the best, though all of them seemed relatively lacking this year.
 
Doritos was boss with the commercials. All of them were funny. (weird... but funny)

I had no idea that A.Rodgers was like LASER accurate with the passing. I've watched all season (whenever televised on Direct TV w/o the NFL package), and I didn't see him THREADING passes over-under-and-through defenders like he did last night (during the super bowl).

A.Rodgers was just TOO MUCH.

BUt.. for the record... Palamalu was playing while injured.

And yes, the halftime show did indeed suck. They said it was one to remember. I assumed they meant in a good way though :pP

Comercials were ok, some of them were funny, others were....
 
I just watched the half-time show on YouTube.

I can't believe how bad the Black Eyed Peas sounded . . . good lord, it was horrible. Don't they rehearse these things? Didn't anyone notice how badly they sucked???

My point is . . . why were they booked for such a huge live performance? It was embarrassing.

Oh well, at least Slash got paid.

Also, why was Fergie singing Sweet Child O' Mine? Do not want...
 
my question is: why would anyone book a group that only sounds 'good' when their voices are processed to hell and back in the studio for a LIVE performance? =/

give me a DCI finalist drum corps field show any day over that mess...

The superbowl itself was terrible. The anthem, the game (OK, it wasn't a horrid game, but it wasn't superbowl worthy), the commercials (the only one that was funny I can't even talk about here), and the halftime show (again, nice lights, crap act). Very dissapointing.

Because she sung a cover of Paradise City on Slash's solo album. And because the Black Eyed Peas were already playing, and because they were trying to see just how many songs they could mash together during half time.

In America, Jak, it doesn't matter how bad your music sucks, all you need to get a really sweet gig is a good promoter!
 
For the Super Bowl I went bowling with my friend and five girls. Then we went over to one of those girls houses and watched the commercials. Just the commercials. We sat around gossiping about people for the rest of the time.

Fun day, if you ask me.
