Plus there's a trick w/ kirby called towerslamming; you stand right against a wall, grab someone and up-throw. You land on top of the wall. KO's at around 50%. Plus the stage favors Olimar alot. So, yeah.

I don't know all the advanced stuff yet but people don't play with "wall" stages because people can do things like that. Fox has the wall shine, I know because I killed someone with it all 4 stock, Dedede has chain grab, just about all characters have a wall chain grab, Wolf has wall shine, Pit has a *** wall spam with every attack, Just about every character has a neutral A wall spam, ZSS has a locking attack that can be spammed with wall stages. People just ban stages like that. If people played the game the way it was supposed to be play, less stages would be banned,5 stages at max, like 3 or 4 items would be banned but, what happened? Melee happened and people broke the games physics, everyone learned how to do it and they adjusted to it. No items and neutral stages. Thats the only reason why they did not make more then 5 neutrals.

About the item/stage ban debate, I agree that some stages should be banned (Like Spear Pillar... I've been hit by the sideways hyperbeams so many times...) And that some items should be banned (Obviously pokeballs, bomb-ombs, motion sensors, and the like.) But some items should not and should be kept on low (Smash balls, bannanas, bunny ears, ect. Are all great in moderation.) :smile:

Could somebody change my nickname on the Smash Brothers Brawl list to Lava, because I have a burning passion for fire type pokemon? Also, when does the tournament start? Thanks for including me guys. I am grateful for your friendliness and
I am not the type of person who complains about the fact certain characters should be banned.
 
Ok since it looks like no one else is joining. I may as well have it be a 16 player tournament and the bracket is on the front page.
