Are effects on trainers removed when they go to the discard?
For example if I use a PokéStop I already have in play from last turn, play a Collapsed Stadium then use Gothitelle’s Teleport Room on the recently used and discarded PokéStop can I use the effect of PokéStop again? It has never gone to a private knowledge area and the effect was used earlier in the turn, but does the game care if that card has already used that effect for the turn or is that wiped clean when the PokéStop goes to the discard?

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard any Stadium card in play. If you do, put a Stadium card with a different name from your discard pile into play.
