Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Texas State Championship: 3/5/05

By the way guys, _last_ year's State Champion, good pal Danny, said he hoped we have a good event, and has a special hollar-out to Master Professor Birch.

Let's wish him the best in his attempt to claim NJ and NY! =)

Well I need a ride, but even if I get a ride I doubt I'll be able to go due to my parents being over protective. But I want to go sooooooo badly so I can prove to all those Texans that San Antonio holds some of the best players (well at least I think so). We may be quiet but in competition us San Antonians are fierce! And I also want to meet some new people, and I still haven't met Heather or Tracy Cho. I hear there really good.

So, you want to meet Heather and Tracy? You better bring your "A" game and a sack lunch. Beating both of them in the same tournament will be dang near impossible. The 11-14 group will be the best group to watch at the SC. John at Hero's should be VERY thankful to MPB for bringing this SC to his store. WE will see some of the best players in the USA.

hey guys... i wont be going this year. i wish u all the best of luck. we have to defend our home. no invaders(excluding the lynches) make t4. texas has to hold its state down. DO IT BIG

Oh come on Ryan. You know there are going to be at least two Oklahomans in the top 4. Also, why do the Lynches get to top 4?

15 & up will have some great players as well. I'm just about the kids though. Just watching the smiles on their faces makes my day. Seeing the excitement is second to none. Maybe I've paid attention to the younger players more than other people. Knowing some of the best players in the USA will be there pumps me up, lol. I truly beleive that the kids from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mississippi can beat anyone in the USA. Can you imagine what it will be like when Steven, Nathan, Dale, and Demetre turn 11? The 11 to 14 age group will be around for a while.

Because they were once Texans, Jordan =P

As for Cooks, you're right. 14 and under is just so much less cutthroat than 15+, I assure you; people enjoy themselves either way, but in a more lighthearted way in 14-.

By the way, don't forget Jose Eguia. Now he's a fierce 10-'er =p (by the way, is he 11 now?). Either way, last year and this year, Texas has had some of the US' absolute best 10-; including Nathan, 4 from TX top 32'd. Only place that matches that was the 3 from TN.

To Elm, yeah Tracy and Heather are good. Heather T16'ed in 11-14, and if Tracy wasn't paired up against JasonthePwnda, she would have T32'd as well.

I'll be saddened that Ryan and Jordan won't be there for 15+, but with all the other competitors, it'll be fierce! I hope my rogue for states can handle it all...

I'm thinking Jose and Steven are the same. I thought Dad was Jose and Steven was his son, or was it the other way around? Anyhoo, he's from San Antonio. So it's final, Jordan and Ryan won't be coming down? What a shame. Two great kids missing out. Johnny, find a way to get those two down here, lol. Y'all need to start sweet talking parents or something. ONE WEEK TO GO.

Wooohooo My chances jus greatly inproved on Winning States.....No Ryan = 1st in Texas and no Jordan = 1st in OK.....which means me and johnny are left to claim it if the "quiet ones" or aliens from outerspace dont he he he

6 Days to go

You poopie head Clay! Rankings mean...noooooothing! =O

-lol, but seriously, both of us would have been equally fine with or without ryan. He's just fierce competition we get to play two weeks from now...hopefully. Also, never count out the quiet ones, Clay. If lil Jose's so good, he had to have picked it up somewhere! When does that kid turn 11??? Hopefully not before next worlds, so he can annihilate

-Sorry Team Cook, but speaking of which, Steven is the same as "Lil Jose." Also, we miiiight have found a way to smuggle Jordan and Matt! However, Ryan has business to attend to, so we'll respect him for that.

A good amount of San Antonio people are coming to invade Houston, gonna be great. Steven will be turning 11 in March, hes been getting ready for the Age Change. There is gonna be a lot of people at States, just hope Heroes Collectables can hold all of us. :)

I'm the incredibily lucky, Heather's the one with the brain!!
But Team Cook's got a point... Beating BOTH of us in the SAME tournament is almost impossible (usually if I lose to someone, she picks up the slack and vise versa)

Too bad Ryan and Jordan can't make it...

MPB, I'm going to wear all 4 of my medals!! But I know I'm only going to get 5 packs... It'd make me *stick out*

I woulda made the T32 in Worlds if I won just one more match, but it's gone and past.

 When Nathan, Steven, Dale, and Demitre turn 11 it will be chaos!! Everyone gets to win one event except Worlds

Hmmm, days are going by fast. 4 days left (not including today) and if you want to look for me, look for a girl with 4 medals on her neck and crying "My necks about to break!!!"

Hope to have a good time, and meet some new people at TX states... Only days away!!!

~~~Tracy Cho~~~
