bloody wolf is downloadable on the virtual console with and extra story thing, its cool, but very hard.
i love the dr. mario 'fever' music
and the plane game is awesome because it has mega-trains, explosions, huge lasers, fireballs, all sorts of super cool awesomeness.

man i love having the awesome gene.

LOL...We spent all our free time at college playing Pinbot!! The best pinball game of all time.
My other favorite arcade game is PacMan, the pure and simple original.

If it was a Taito platforming game, I loved it. My favorite was Bubble Symphony, with Bubble Bobble a close second and New Zealand Story third. I also played a heck of a lot of cutesy puzzlers, especially Bust-a-Move and Risky Challenge (aka Gussun Oyoyo).

I skipped school a lot to play the arcade version of Super Mario Bros. (Yes, there was a version, and it's *slightly* different from the NES version, especially noticeable with the sprite size. I always saw it on the other side of a VS. dual cabinet with the arcade version of Ice Climber.)

I was also really addicted to the pinball games Terminator, Guns 'n' Roses, Bad Cats, and Funhouse.

More modern, non-rollback:
Addams Family
Doctor Who
Medieval Madness (5 stars - would consider finding this to own)

Pinbot isn't bad - Bride of Pinbot has a little more. ;)
Whirlwind was cute - free fan!
Comet/Hurricane were fun machines.
 
Well, my favorites have to be Street Fighter 2 ( I would spend, like 10 bucks a day on that game for months, which explains my current financial situation:biggrin:), Time Crisis ( all of them), any Mortal Kombat game, and probably House of the Dead.
 
The sit down thing with the joystick? Yep, I LOVE that game! That's pretty much the ONLY game I play when I hit up D&B. Still trying to get a ranking higher than Colonel. I die too often...

I was talking about the ORIGINAL Star Wars arcade game (from the late 70's)
 
I don't really do much of them myself... though a modern favorite of mine is Soul Calibur 2... Pretty much owned anybody who faced me on there =)
 
Does air hockey count?? Otherwise my favorites would have to be Donkey Kong, Mario Bros., Pac-man, and dig-dug. Oh yeah.. I also like space Invaders.
 
Space Invaders: I'm going to qoute my dad here, "Boy, you don't know how many quarters I put in that game.", Centipede: One of my favorites. , Pac-Man: Great game. , Frogger: Who doesn't like Frogger?, and Tetris: Just plain fun!

They're all really big duhs!
