Pokemon (16):

4 PT Gyarados G

1 GE Palkia
1 GE Palkia Lv.X

1 DP Mantyke
1 MT Mantine

4 LA Unown R

2 GE Unown G

1 LA Uxie

1 LA Azelf

Trainers (33):

4 Team Galactic's Invention G-105 Poketurn
4 Team Galactic's Invention G-103 Power Spray
4 Team Galactic's Invention G-101 Energy Gain
4 Switch
1 Time-Space Distortion
1 Night Maintenance
1 Luxury Ball

4 Roseanne's Research
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
2 Looker's Investigation
2 Bebe's Search

2 Galactic's HQ

Energy (11):

4 Call Energy
7 Water Energy

Now... time for strategy and card choices. =P

Gyarados G, IMO, is just an amazing card. 100 for 3 Energy, and also a spreading attack for 2 Energy? One a Basic? Yes, please! Not only that, but it has AMAZING support in the format - Palkia Lv.X, Mantine, and SP Trainers, not to mention Galactic's HQ. Wriggle may be flippy, but you're likely going to 30 to at least SOMETHING, and for just 2 Energy, that's not bad IMO. 110 HP on a Basic non-Lv.X Pokemon is the most... ever, IIRC.

Mantine is to make every single one of your Pokemon have just one Retreat, so Palkia actually works well. You also have 4 Poketurn and 4 Switch, if need be.

Palkia Lv.X can drag up Claydol, so you can stall while Wriggling around. =P

Unown R and the 1 Uxie are your draw cards. Unown R allows you to consistently draw into stuff, and Uxie is your big draw card. Not the best, but your Trainer engine allows you to get basically whatever you need, when you need.

All of the Galactic's Trainers are key cards. Cyrus gets you basically whatever you need (Energy Gain, Poketurn, or Power Spray), and it gets you another Cyrus (or Looker's, or Roseanne's, or Bebe's), AND an Energy. Pretty broken IMO.

Poketurn, Power Spray, and Energy Gain make the deck. Power Spray can help you in some key situations (like when they try to Restrucuture something up that you don't want Active). Poketurn fully heals a Gyarados and you can put up a new one, and do 100 damage. Energy Gain makes your Energy costs affordable. Without any of these cards, this deck would be unplayable.

Switch is for Palkia, Galactic's HQ is for more spread and to get more stuff into KO range, Looker's, Bebe's, and Roseanne's should be obvious, and everything else is staple.

Comments? Suggestions? Fixes? =)

Palkia G with energy gain could add another attacker (hero support). not sure how the power might change gamestate, but worth testing in my opinion.

Hm... nice idea. Palkia G is a very nice card IMO, now that I actually look at it. =) Any idea what I should take out for it?

Bippa: Thanks! =)

Your welcome.

For Palkia G, the only thing I really see expendable, are energy. But I don't think that will work. The next best thing would be switch. Ugh, some many important things in the deck. Its so hard just to pick two and say they aren't good enough.

I know. XD 11 Energy, IMO, is bare minimum in a deck like this. Switch is very important for when you don't want to waste Energy, and also when you Level Up Palkia. So... nothing really is expendable. =P =( Unown G, maybe, because you can't have G and Energy Gain on the same Pokemon?

Yeah, it really stinks. Unown G is so amazing, and your whole deck needs it (save Mantine) to avoid Machamp.

Although, it sounds crazy (at least in my mind), but if you get rid of the TSD and 1 Unown R,...let me know what you think.

Sorry, but... the reason I can't do that is is that Unown R is my draw engine. And TSD gets my Rs back, so... yeah. =(

I don't think you should have power spray. You need 3 Gyarados out for it to work and you have no other G pokemon. I'd also suggest Unown Q for Palkia so you don't need switch. And I'd play one more Uxie and Uxie lv x if you have them.

Palkia needs an Unown G to protect it from Gengar's sniping...

Slayer Chaos: I actually usually have 3 Gyarados G in play. And if I add Palkia G... also, I certainly do have an Uxie Lv.X and 4 Uxies, so I can add them... it's just a matter of finding space. =( As for Unown G, I expect to see Gengar a little more at States, simply because of Looker's, so if I add Unown Q to attach to Palkia, it can be 2HKO'd by Gengar.

Bippa: Again, Switch is important for Palkia Lv.X.

Swift1984 - Exactly. ;)

Ho Megas Alexandros - Indeed. That's what makes it so good. =) But finding room for a 2-1 line is the tricky part... do you have any ideas?

Thanks everyone! =)

Hm... that's a really, really hard one, actually. =P

Probably... I don't think I need all 4 Power Sprays, I think I can deal with just 3. Especially with Cyrus's.

Hm... I don't know what else to take out though... lol. Unown G is important for Gengar... maybe only one G, since it should really only be going to Palkia?

That's 2... but I'd like to fit in 2-1 line... um... IDK lol. =( Do you have any ideas for one card to take out? Maybe a Switch?

LOL, this is exactly how I started with Regigigas with almst the same thread name! XD

But why only 4 SP Pokemon? You could try to Tech in 1-1 Palkia/Dialga G LV.X for extra disruption for example.

And why Mantine? I know that it's for the free retreat to make it combo with Palkia X but the moment you put Uxie or Azelf in play, they WILL become your opponents Restructure target, making you prolly waste a Switch/Warp Point.

He's testing the deck to see how it runs with Palkia G Lv. X.

I run Palkia G in my Empoleon deck, and it works great.

Of course it works wonders, as long as you have 3 Benched as well, you can send 2 annoying Pokemon to the Lost Zone.

Poor Claydols and Uxie Xs.... They will never be the same.
