UKpro - Westminster is nearby London?? Which airport is the most nearby?
Strand is right in the heart of London and London City Airport would be your best bet if flying and then Bus, Tube or Taxi :).. alternate would be le Shuttle to Waterloo International and then Tube from there.

And Rainham was close by Stansted airport?
I still want to visit you once, but those low budget airlines are not that low as they advertise.

How much will be a hotelroom for 1 night in London?

Hi FK,

Hopefully we can get all the UK dates here and we can update with winners and numbers as we go :) I have updated first page with Slough Dates..

Anyhow quick question .. do you mean no entry to Ottakar's without pre-registration or entry is okay if you get there before 10-30am and register? I read it as before 10-30am to ensure entry??

yah 'pro you are right, as long as they register through TPFG (www.theplaceforgames.com) which gets to us straight away, or before 1030am on the day for the ones cited at Ottakars they're in. We're of course aiming to get as many people in as possible and anyone who preregisters is GUARANTEED to get in even if they're late (we'll enter them as losses until after the first round where we have to say they're dropped in accordance to the floor rules.. I think that's right..)

For each of our City Championships after a suggestion by one of our players whose mother is working for a charity involved with helping the victims of the Pacific Ocean disaster, we'll be donating 20% of all takings to help support some of the voluntary work being carried out over there, as well as any money provided for the collection buckets on the day.

Martin,

I have updated the main list with your tournaments and assumed you are charging £5 entrance fee but please let me know if that is not so?

Langley (day after tomorrow) Prize Support hasn't arrived yet despite many phone messages and emails... anyone else having bad luck?

~fK

No prize Support for us RAINHAM winners today either.. good job I took a booster box along and John had some POP promos .. Welcome to the world of Int'l Premier TO's ;)

Monarchy ruled supreme at the Westminster CC today, well done to all the Rainham League players who came took part and walked away with the goodies. 3 - Nil to us :)

So how will London fair on the away leg in Rainham on the 23rd January?

Just to let you all know, I'll confirm the dates for the High Wycombe (Stokenchurch venue) and a possible Reading City Championship within the next week...

And as for yesterday, Rainham got a bit lucky- as usual... Next time things will be different.

Once I have a date sorted the Crawley CC will just cost 1 pound. Kind of hard to charge when there is no prize support.
