US gas Prices?

First of all, electric cars cost wayyy more than $15k, second of all I'm not doing it just to save money on gas, I'm doing it so I can help America stop importing 70% of its oil from countries that want to kill us. (I know deep down Canada hates us ;) )

TO RUIN THE DREAMS OF AN ORPHANED BOY!!!!

Eh, I'm still wondering if gas is really balancing out, or if they are gonna jack up the prices again.

awwwww....thats cute, was that a joke?

Yes, it will go right back up, why is it down?
The economy is down thats why, people beleive no one will buy gas, so they make it cheaper!

but you are compensated for it with good public transportation and stuff. plus youre the happiest country in the world.

If $2 for kids and $4 for adults for driving the bus sounds like good public transportation to you, then I'd be happy to switch.

Happiest country in the worlds? Yeah, that makes up for everything!

The public transportation in England is FAR superior than ANYTHING we've got in the States. I have no experience with anything other than England, unfortunately. Even with the expense, it's worth it. We can't go b/w nearby towns more than 5 or 6 times a day. Last time I was there, there was a train b/w London and Bath once every half hour. And that's not exactly a short trip, mind.

Well if the time is what makes public transportation good, then I guess it's OK here. I prefer the Subway in NYC though...

Actually, this is because most of the countries in Europe have socialist economies. Basically, they have free health care, good transportation, and better untilities, but at the price of paying higher taxes and gas prices.

America has it cheap! Over here in England it is $7.50 per Gallon.
Really???

Considering I have like 50 friends in ENgland and I go there and visit sometimes, I doubt their gas is that high!

In fact I just IMed one of my friends, and they said it is around 2.80 a Gallon, so stop buying liquid gold, and start buying Gasoline!
