Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Washington City Championships 2012-2013

Yes, get there early/right when registration opens. Having your deck list filled out and deck sorted to match will help. Usually there is room for the initial "rush" of players, usually the last few who arrive at the end of the registration window are the ones that end up getting turned away.

For the cities this sunday at Wandering Havoc Games, I'm coming down from BC and was wondering if the store can hold the amount of players expected for the event? Me and a few friends went down for a Battle Roads recently and it was pretty full with only 50 players or so there on that day (there was another event in Washington). With this being the only event that day, is there anyway I can ensure I get a spot for the tournament? It'd be a shame to travel 2-3 hours and not be able to play :X.

-mgs the space at wandering havoc has been rearranged since then, not 100% sure on my numbers here but think the store max is around 80, and in the past 50-60 seems to be the average we've gotton for battle roads/cities if I recall correctly.

-saia that might be kinda hard seattle to lynnwood is about 30-60min drive depending on where your coming from and you gotta factor traffic will be bad since its the weekend before christmas and the comic stop is across the street from the mall. best guess you'd miss round one at least.

Heheh I arrive back in Seattle on the 22nd at 11:30 AM, don't suppose I can make it in time for the Comic Stop tournament eh?

I cant promise that you can make it in time for the start but if you have your decklist all filled out we will get you in the event whenever you can make it. I take it you are infavor of haveing a lunch break after R2 not R3?

There is no published quote...but the story had a natural maximum capacity....
