Werewolf IX (Team Galactic's Plot) ENDGAME AND ANALYSIS!!!!!

That was a lot of fun and I loved my role!

Well, it seems like Lakak ultimately wrecked it for the town since he put the final vote into kill the seer, and then chose to kill the final townie by choice, along with himself another townie... maybe we should go back to lynching him day 1 :lol:

By the way I couldn't believe how far I managed to get in the game since people were trying to get rid of me via lynch throughout the game, especially in the beginning, and even one night two people tried to kill me but I got super lucky.

Being forced to vote that last day especially stunk since I had no reason to get rid of Ryu, and backwards was the one I could have had a case on... since gyarados never died (and gyarados would be more dangerous than me), but it would have been impossible to get the 3 votes with only 4 players... one my wasted vote and one him.

In my defense, Mew*, I had you pegged as Rotom, no MissingNO. Had I made the variant ability connection, like I should have, I probably would have pegged you indie (or at least unstable townie).

Speaking of roles, once I learned of backwards alignment and role AND saw that he threw everyone off himself (this all happened after I died), I pretty much awarded the game to him. Honestly, you played a SOLID Indie role and deserved this won. Bravo.

And I am VERY happy to announce that Werewolf will be taking a month plus break until after the Holidays. Honestly, I have too much going on at both of my schools to start up a Wolf game right now.

But that doesn't mean the latest spoiler isn't available yet. And it is the Xth anniversary of Werewolf on the Gym. So this should be a back-to-basics blast.

Day 6 had me banging my head against a book, since I was thinking of guarding Cardz the night before.

And wow sdrawkcab, that Gyarados bluff got EVERYBODY!

Was a fun game to go through.
 
First off, GREAT GAME to everyone, and great job Backwards, you deserve to win with your strategical move there. I must say, this is only my second online Werewolf game, and I never expected to be the Alpha.

Needless to say, I am VERY proud of myself (as a rookie) and how our team in general did, considering we lost so many so soon. I'm suprised I (or any others of us wolves) lived so long, considering our bad luck.

First PokePockets had to run his big mouth (no offense, PokePockets), then Sandslash7 killed Metricus my brother (we all go to league together, so he likes to pick on his friends),
then Z-Man's little bro had to run HIS big mouth (no offense either),
then finally, Jason had to be an idiot (no offense Jason) and go all "meh" on us, and take his friend with him.

So for a while, it's AK and SZ, back to back, taking on the entire island. As said, my first missplay was killing Sandslash7, the second was forgetting how crucial ARModak's death was to our survival. But I still think we did good, considering the odds.

Sorry I had to kill of so many good people so early Absoltrainer, but since we couldn't kill Cardz the first night, we went for who we thought would be the second best at the game. Then to avoid further editting screw ups, we killed Ikrit who apparently liked to bring back important evidence that was editted out. I must say, I was very happy when we finally killed you, Cardzmaster.

So finally once more, great game everyone, congratulations Backwards, and I will see you all next time in Parisian Intrigue!

Nice job. I knew i couldn't win either way unless one of them was a priest and protected me from shooting myself <.<

Yeah, same here. I hadn't even heard of Werewolf before the last 'Gym game, so almost winning the game was kind of amazing.

BTW, I think other factors might have contributed to your luck, ie, Brawler1624. I was trying to help him not be such a bad player, and asked him if he was still keeping track of the game, and he interrupted me to say he could tell me who all the wolves were, and who the alpha wolf was. This was after I was out too, and I already knew who the last wolf was anyway, so no harm done there, but I don't know who else he might have told earlier. Sorry to tell on you, Brawler, but I have to.
 
well I am pretty sure Brawler did not have anything to do with this. ARMondak investigated Azure Kite the night before he accused him and got him lynched. Shadow got killed off by mew* Looks like it was all legit. I am dissapointed in that he was willing to tell who the other wolves are. However if he was telling you AFTER he knew you were out of the game, that's fine. So long as the info is not going around living players, it's fine. That being said, I am not endorsing the passing of info all around, but if two people who have died want to talk about the game it's fine, so long as they do not tell living players.

The only time I truely saw a move that was out of the ordinary was the vote of Z-man (which was due to his bro)

yep. I don't know if HE caught on to that, but he as brock chose to try and investigate you that night. He was in the bushes watching you (in the update) as Cardz lost his powers at the hands of the real seer. Basically in my updates some people would get more clues out of them then others. That was one of the advantages to uses different point of veiws. In every update I included at least 2 if not more clues.

I did suspect quite heavily but I didn't make the vote coz at that time i wasn't sure what SZ was, when i had targeted him(the night armonk got shot) he just ran away, i got the same thing for azure kite aswell so i had no way of telling whether they were townies or not
Had I been given the chance to make my vote before Lakak had changed his i was actually going to vote SZ, but the game day had ended like 3 hours before i got back on *sobs*
I also didn't say alot about luca coz i made that mistake with LV and i didn't want to get her wolf killed at night

But this was cool :thumb: and i did know that backwards was a pokemon but i didn't know what....... i didn't get given that information, with alot of my PMs i dont think i got alot of information like if they were a pokémon or not which was kinda half of the point of my role, and next time i dont want to spend all my time in bushes :p

Hey all!

First off great game Absol! (And not just because I won)! I throughly enjoyed playing this game, the characters where greatly-creative and unique! The in game perspectives where well played to. I loved being able to look at end of night report, and make an accurate conclusion out of it! Like pinpointing Sandslash as the viligant.

As for my role, I found it quite amusing! I remember distinctly going to work after reading my pm, and spent the whole shift considering whether I should evolve or not. Once I evolved and trashed everyone I was worried that my role would be reveiled in the clues absol left. I was probably just as surprised at myself as absol was when I saw the potential of throwing everyone off my scent for...almost the entire game!

After that, I really had no choice but to play the game as a townie. I couldn`t activate my role on demanding, and convincing a near majority to vote for me, then change their vote would be a hard task, even for McCain (He couldn`t get any votes anyways...hahaha >.<) In fact, not being able to trash again worked in my favor anyways....once everyone on the must kill gyarados list was gone, the fact that he hadn't attacked left him out of everyones mind.

I was baffled by Cardz vote for me. In the back of my head I worried that he'd figur me out and target me, so when he voted for me I started to freak. (so to speak) Naturally I through the vote his way as, even more so after his role claim, a target for me, however once he claimed how certain he was that I was a townie i decided to shut up and take the endorcement while it lasted. Perfect timing for me to have him killed by the wolves!

I was really worried once Lucario ex came with her powerplay roleclaime and somehow managed to know ALL the remaining roles! O_O! Shadow_Zangoose gave me the oppertunity to vote her off by agreeing with me, I just had to convince one town member that they had enough time to kill off Lucario to varify her claime was accurate. The following day, thanks to SZ's role...I was able to convince the other two that mew was more dangerous then me. (I hoped that Ryu and Lakak was still thinking omg another independent?!?!) I also tried to vote for myself (in order to put me two away from being lynched and activate thrash), I was not aware that this would be the last night, and quite frankly thought I would be screwed had absol not allowed me to thrash (and not score a lucky kill). Why lakak choise me? No clue...I guess he just likes me =)

All in all it was a really fun and enjoyable game. I'm sure if any of you were presented with the same oppertunity as I was, you would have played the game the same way.
I cant wait for the next game! Hopfully it'll be far enough away that everyone would have forgotten I won this one =D

I thought it was extremely annoying that I got killed after my role was "revealed." Which, I might add, was not cool itself either. Especially not being able to talk day 4...

I had a pretty good handle on the roles of the last remaining people early on. I knew that AK was a wolf, and I was almost positive that you, Backwards, were a wolf, a could probably have gotten you lynched for that. So suspicious! I also thought Mew* was Gyarados, with some evidence, but he still was an indie, either way. Had I survived one more night, the townies would have won I believe...

GG everyone! I look forward to the next game.
 
unfortuantly, backwards on the last day the voting we didn't have a huge amount of choice on, i really wanted to vote for Lakak as i knew he was the only other human to have picked up the gun but as mew* couldn't change her vote it wasn't going to happen but hey it was fun all the same :) i'm just pleased i made it to the final night
 
Ok guys! Lesson learned! My brother is the biggest loud mouth out there! Even a bigger loud mouth than The one in Fort Laud. He's the reason I didn't last so long.

Oh who am I kidding?! <_< I sucked this game.

I hope to do better in the next one. By the way, who is running the next one? I'd like to see if I can get a project going with them.

But he didn't know I was dead. He told me he knew who the alpha wolf was, I said I already knew that Azure Kite was the original alpha and the current alpha was Shadow Zangoose. He asked if AK was dead, then asked what my role was.:lol:

I don't think he had anything to do with it either, just pointing out the possibility.
