Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Werewolf xvi the rise of team plasma: Town wins

Sdrawckab's info on Ghetsis.

Ah, okay.

No reasonable wolf would take that risk. I wouldn't bet my life on it, but it's as sure as you can get in WW.

True, and I don't think a wolf would be given such a rediculous speach imped. But it's a great cover up if he's lying. We shall see in the end, but I do not belive Jpulice is a good lynch option for this early in the game. Later--who knows?

Responses in bold above.

I offer: Omega
choose jellyfisher or
PCPB and request
investigation of me.

or any, bump

Unvote: jpulice

I actually forgot about what Omega does when jpulice suggested that idea. So yeah, I think I would be satisfied about jpulice if that would happen.

Vote: Scottistru

If I remember correctly, nothing ever happened that cleared him of being a wolf, so I don't see any reason why we shouldn't chose him for the lynch.

I don't have any problem with lynching him, but what evidence do we have against him again?

Suspicious voting during Day 2, he was extremely flustered after pressure came on him, and honestly he's been dead quiet today.

I was going to say the same thing, but then I saw this.

Right now, I can only post to say I will be away from a computer for Monday and Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, I may be able to get to a computer for no more than 45 minutes to drop in with a vote, I'm still working on it.
Right now however, there are just too many variables to keep a vote against jp, and so much may change in two days.
unvote: jpulice

So he did say that he wouldn't be able to post.

And to add to what you said about why people were voting for him, he also voted for Sdrawkcab using the same logic that he had used on dave628 and PCPB. Dave628 turned out to be a townie, and PCPB is probably a townie as well. The other reason he gave for his vote was the fact that Sdrawkcab had gone out of his way to mention how bad the night was. And that is obviously not a good reason to vote for someone.

Ahh, must've missed that.

I think that JP is refusing to get a public warning because he wants to be able to use that when he has a good deal of info to relay to us.

I agree with jellyfisher that Scott is playing weird. If you see my two posts, Post 706 and the finishing thought Post 709 you'll see my thoughts on the matter(Sorry, didn't want to have to re-post them). I will refrain from voting him, though, either until he gets back from where ever he is on Wednesday, or further evidence is shown to condemn him.

If Scott doesn't end up lynched, I'd still like to see Jason lynched since he obviously isn't planning on trying harder to play. Dude, if you are going to be a ghost all the time, why did you even sign up for the game?

Hey guys.

Sorry l haven't posted in a while, been extremely busy. Besides reading the updates, I haven't read anything. Could someone give me an overview of what's gone down so I can get back in the game?

I can't believe I didn't see Ultimatedra's post and that this is the first I have heard of this. That vote against Prohawk is ridiculous, at the least it should be taken back immediately. I agree with Prohawk, how is he supposed to defend an accusation based on little more than a gut feeling? At least Prohawk has been rational throughout this point of the game. And your vote is pretty dangerous, Ultimatedra. This is day 3. Gut feelings are irrelevant right now. All that matters is hard, cold evidence and I think with that last vote you just gave us some.

Vote: Ultimatedra

I was at least honest. If I did a post without voting (Post 968 I would apparently be considered not helpful. I read the posts (as well as I could being that close to midnight) and just made a post based on my gut feeling.

I did go through ProHawks posts again and saw that he has been doing a whole lot of answering and putting pressure on Diaz. Like I said I would, I will unvote: ProHawk - it is the sportsman like thing to do.

@ProHawk - As for the pressure you have been putting on Diaz, he has stopped his joking play style (after almost being voted off) and has got his head in the game. I read his "Combat boots" role as either Town or Indy - what about you? What is your exact read on Diaz? Wolf/Indy/Town?

As for Jason - his playstyle has DRASTICLY changed from the other games. Day 3 and only 14 posts.

I will be back later tonight - the lady wants time with me, and she has priority over all of you

^Ulti, Jason always plays that way from what I remember. 85% sure on that, but I'll double check.

  • Diaz has another speech issue. (30 words from a thundershock this time-Something tells me Lt. Surge and his electric types have it out for Diaz...I know he denies it, but perhaps recoil from his role?)
  • Jpluice has taken heat for not being willing to take two warnings to prove his impediment, and for his opinion on desufnoc changing from black to white over night.
  • PMysterious has continued posting very lackluster posts.
  • Redados1 has posted nothing of use.
  • Jason was called out for being inactive and after 2-3 votes quickly spoke up. An unvote or two later he's back into the quiet zone.
  • On the Jason issue, Sonofapollo bandwagoned against Jason very quickly after initial suspicion against Jason was raised.
I think that covers most of the major issues.

@ Ultimatedra:

That's true, you were honest about it. I was voting primarily because I thought no one had really covered your post at all and I wanted to get a response out of you. Now that I've gotten my response, there is no reason to keep the vote for you.

Unvote: Ultimatedra

Also JP has role revealed to be Cilan.

My thoughts on Jason's playing style... The fact is his play-style, regardless of how he has played in the past does NOT help us. If he is town-aligned, he is not contributing and looks suspicious which causes wasted time from finding the real wolves. If he is scum, he is avoiding any kind of scrutiny about any thing concrete he has posted.

Indeed, I am putting pressure on Diaz and to be honest it did start from day one. My suspicions were raised and little has convinced me to lower them. I am holding off from making any outright attacks because I want to have more concrete evidence for my case. The fact is, he seems to make mistakes when he is under pressure. To answer your question, at this point I do not have an exact read on Diaz, but what I do know is he was deceitful Day 1, and trust is a hard thing to earn back.

Indeed, from the limited information we have on his claimed role, I would also agree that "combat boots" leans town/indy. This, however, hinges on the fact that he is telling the truth. I do not think he warrants any votes at this time, so let's keep the discussion rolling (not necessarily on/about Diaz, but in general).

@King Piplup- I better clear up the "SOA's a bandwagon" issue. For one, I posted why I voted the way I did right after. Also notice I was the first one suspicious of jpulice, but even when people started voting for him I held back. Third, the Jason thing was barely a bandwagon. I was the second person to vote for him, and AFAIK I was one of the last.

I'm not trying to be too defensive, but you're kinda giving me a label I don't deserve. When I said I agreed with Dragon's logic, I had nothing to add. So instead of writing a three paragraph response paraphrasing him I just cut to the chase. I think people throw in too much fluff in their posts, so I try to cut back on that if I literally don't have anything to add.

I stick by my previous posts; I've seen no new evidence to prove me wrong or give us a better lead. My vote is still with Jason

CURRENT VOTE COUNT: (14 Votes for a Lynch)

jason- 3 (dragonClyne, Son_Of_Apollo, desufnoc)
PMysterious- 1 (Redados1)
jpulice- 1 (Benzo)
Redados1- 1 (jpulice)
Diaz- 1 (Napoleon)
ScottIstru- 1 (jellyfisher)

@Ulti: Just curiouse as to why you would not want to challenge anyone when the odds of population are higher then the wolves count? Challenge me, I will take the risk, as my other idea will not work right away, I have to wait. Besides, I am allready a bit suspicouse to everyone anyways. You challenge me, I am a townie, the wolves have an open target- at least I will draw the wolves to me and not take out a townie that can do things for the town. I have no abilities, nothing, a simpleton.

AAM responded to my inquiry.

I take a risk with trying to prove I am town with the idea I had. (don't worry folks- I play by the rules, just was unclear on something and got a better understanding, not advice, and my 2nd time playing this I did not fully understand something is all.)

All I can do is provide a vote.

speaking of voting: unvote:Jpulice

thats all for now. I will check in again when I have more time.
