Extra is the most logic for the following reasons: Extra Ball, if the Defending Pokemon is Pokemon-ex this attack does _+_ damage. Extra Curse, Put two damage counters on the Defending Pokemon, if the Defending Pokemon is Pokemon ex place 4 damage counters instead of 2. Extra it is.
