What is your Favorite Pokemon and why??

As the title says what is your favorite Pokemon and why?


Rules:-
-Don't Argue with other ppl's favorite pokemon!
-No Spamming( Only post your favorite Pokemon if you have two post them in the same post.

For example: Mine is Salamence, I like it because it is a beast and looks the coolest out of all of the Pokemon (IMO of course).
And it has a lot of good attacks with a LV X Coming up soon!
 
Mine would be Snorlax because it's been powerful when i started and is still powerful. Plain simple done. I have a new fav pokemon: Mewtwo. He's powerful, almost all-powerful. He looks sweet looking and the first moi was made with him.

really discussion but whatever (at least in my opinion)

I'm going with Raikou (look at my avatar and say you're surprised ._."). Heck even the name Raikou is cool. "Lightning Lord"? Plus its a tiger which is an animal that's plenty cool, but associated with lightning when at least I'd expect fire. So reasonably original.
Also, it makes for a sick special attacker, and electric happens to be super effective against a LOT of pokemon. Its also bulkier then say, wimpy Raichu, so its fairly good in the games too. The only bad parts are that its extremely painful to catch, and has never really been remotely decent as a card :[.
 
It's between Alakzam and Darkrai.

Why Alakzam?
It was the best Pokemon in R/B/Y besides Mewtwo, it had Psychic powers, and it I have so many good nicknames for it to, which I'm not sure it's a good idea to post them here.

Whilst Darkrai, it can control peoples dreams and turn them into nightmares, put people to sleep, make sure no one goes to sleep, how is that not a cool power?
It resembles darkness, I find that very interesting and made me even more interested in Pokemon just because of Darkrai, it make Pokemon seems more dark and thats what Pokemon needed not some mutated evolution of Magmar, I already now how to draw Darkrai in 2 minutes without a picture.
I have a cover from Japan (Which was from Fanime last year (2008))for my old crimson DS Lite.
But then again Alakazam still ties in with Darkrai at 1st.

Celebi also has a place in my favorites to for certain reasons.......
 
I love gengar because I love how they show him always smiling :) . I also like Umbreon because I just do.
 
Well I love Gallade, (this is from electronic game perspective) awesome attack, Lucario, the Aura Pokemon PWNS! Porygon-Z, such a fun pokemon to use, and so very helpful. In the cards I (weirdly) like Lopunny, and Manectric from MT.
 
I love Flareon because my first pack that I still have to this day was a Jungle Pack with him on it. Flareon I have always loved since. In fact I have a DS Flareon as my Lucky Card at tourneys because I love Flareon so much as said! Charizard and Glaceon are next on my list followed by Lugia and Darkrai. (Also my name FlareonMaster should give you the impression that he is my favorite!) LOL

Flareon Lv. X anyone?
 
I would have to said Mewtwo, Magmar and Flareon. Mewtwo was just so awsome i always like how they made him so powerful and i thank he looked awsome in his armor. Magmar well if the name don't give it away i love fire and he is one of the coolest fire type pokemon ever (IMO) and he's powerful to go with his powerful look, plus i love the base set card of magmar. Flareon is just awsome a cute little fluffy fox that breaths fire and just so friendly looking. Also Garados have to have that. He was awsome i had my first one in the game with just the best moves he had a hole range of move types and won a lot of battles with him.
 
My favourite is, of course, Eevee, without a question. Eevee Evolves into more Pokemon than any other Pokemon, and is thus inoque for that. Also, they release new Eeveelutions, so they never get old. :D

He was as far as i got with my first starter pokemon on Pokemon Gold. the fact that he has flames bursting from his neck is'nt bade either.:smile:
 
Well, if anyone's been on the 'Gym for any length of time, they'll realize that my favorite Pokemon is Sandslash (which I mis-type CONSTANTLY, anyway)

For a reason: One of the first cards I got (a freebie at soccer camp) was a Sandshrew, which at the time I thought was pretty cute. (still do, sorta... *manly cough*)
Then, when Fossil set came out, I found out he evolved! Sandslash in the TCG, along with an episode of the TV series where one was present stuck with me, and I developed a liking of Sandslash. To me, he was the original 'cool' Pokemon, minus Mewtwo and the starters obviously.

I'd say hes one of the more underrated and underused Pokemon in the entire series too. Never has a good Sandslash card come out, nor has he been good in the video game either (though that's less malleable compared to the TCG, though I'm hoping the AoA Sandslash can be used decently)

Anyway, that's my mini-rant of Sandslash and why he's my favorite.
 
let me see, it is a tie, between pikachu and pichu. i always liked pikachu because he was ashes pokemon and i always needed him to kill misty for me in red and blue version cuz i always had charmander. and i just found how he is in the show to be awesome. and than pichu because he is so cute:) its actually the pichu brothers that got me into pichu:) see me and my like super best friend used to always pretend we were the pichu brothers. so ya. ever since pichu has just become a part of me i guess you could say. and i often like to think pichu is all powerful to

As soon as I saw the first scan of Piplup I really liked it. Then finding out people liked Chimchar and Turtwig over it just made me like it more and more.

Though Azelf is a close second because of it's amazing name and overall coolness.
 
For me, it's between Skarmory and Marill.

Skarmory, well, is a bird. But clad in armor. I thought that was the coolest thing besides Mewtwo the first time I saw it. Still is.

Marill I've seen on the show when Tracey had one. I only really got into him when I played Emerald and caught and raised one. I think Marill can be awesome for a little guy. In fact, I'm writing a fanfiction, and the main character has a Marill as his first Pokemon.
