Yeah, I'm hoping to do good with Sablelock. I really enjoy it actually.

LC I kinda like, but it's so expensive. Plus, everyone else plays it.

Sablelock won't win. I'm pretty sure it can't beat Gyarados if it doesn't donk. And chenlock is superior in my opinion by far. Gyarados is still just as good imo. It can beat lost gar just like any other deck. Besides it requires you to seeker a lot because all pokemon in hand will be regi moved. Lostgar is good. Don't underestimate it because it's overhyped. Luxchomp is good as always. Not sure if it can beat Lost world without techs. Good thing it's adjustable. I like Lost gar w/plume. Steelix doesn't seem awful. Regigas probably won't beat lost gar, but it has some pretty good matchups.

It can beat G-dos if you get a strong BDK up or snipe the Regice/spray Regimove early. If anything, Sablelock vs. Gdos is equal.

First of all I'll fill my bench so you can't put magicarp on the bench and I revenge kill honchkrow regardless I believe.

But what if you get him up before he fills bench?

Then you revenge kill using Promocroak, then snipe them to death with Chomp...

Imo, The gyarados matchup is slightly unfavorable for the sablelock player.

Although, we should probably just start a different thread about that, unless we want this one to get locked as well.

Why does Gyarados have damage on it for it to be revenge ko'd by promocroak? Besides filling up a bench is super easy with Gyarados, it's just like breathing to have a full bench. It's extremely unlikely for you to get a tech out before I can fill a bench with 5 pokemon lol.
Edit:Yeah mami luigi is right. This can be done somewhere else or not at all. Irdc

lostech(lostgar with lots of tech0 will win it is the fastest get gen out palkia g x limits there bench, and absol is gengar counter and a good attacker, there will be alot of be alot of techs mr mime, slowking, etc
it is very fst if u actualy try atleast 2-3 in lost zone on t3

@Mama-Luigi: IMO it should be equal in theory.

@happiny: I said that BDK was up, tight?

Yeah, let's stop the arguement lol.

I see no arguing thus far. No names have been called. They are just discussing ;) I would say from testing that you need to get a good amount of luck to beat Gdos as Sablock. Even so, it can happen as it has happened to me (my luck is less than 0).

As far as my picks, I'd say that due to the top 16/32 issue, neither LostGar nor VileGar will win too much. They have a hard time playing a single cut game... let alone multiple. I'd point to LuxChomp, Dialga Chomp, or Gdos (iffy) to win most. Sablock could make a come back... only time will tell. That is... if my super special awesome dialga CoL deck doesn't win everything [/sarcasm]

i was personaly thinking of using lost gar over luxchomp but i still have not tested lost gar out so that may change

but for who will win i think lost gar may be popular but in my area garadose and vilplume are big
i dont think sablelock will do well same gose wiht donkphan

Well Luxchomp, Dialgachomp, Gyarados, Sable(lock donk whatever you wanna call it). Big surprise that may do good key word "may" Magnezone. Maybe Gengar.

with Vilegar and Regigigas, and even Lostgar losing to certain decks, I doubt those would win, but I think Uxie donk is in a similar boat. It only REALLY loses to Vilegar, and other decks can be quad-donked with ease.

A good deck it make if no locking train0rz.
