people are saying theyre playing lots of different stuff deck wise, but the vast majority are indeed playing pokemon

Japan isn't playing any super-special secret deck that tricks us all this year. They're playing many different decks, and most of them are known archetypes in the US and Europe too. But the Japanese players are performing well!

The Japanese are playing ZRE and LudiCargo, for the most part. Yamato is still undefeated, but most of the Japanese have 1 loss.

React Energy isn't released in English yet, so not in play at Worlds 2005...

How did people from Florida do?

Patrick K, Dark Sneasel, made the T32 in 15+. Other than him, I didn't see anybody from Florida make the top cut in the 15+, but Bobby M, Penguin Master, made it in 11-14. That's all I know.
