what is speedchamp?

i knew of the machamp LM charged with a lot of react (and milotic to heal it twice) while sacrifing some jirachis dx... i know it uses pidgeot and holon's engine...
is there a different machamp deck?

I think Tad played Metanite and Zach played Walrein/Walrein Ex/Magcargo/Mew Ex
 
Does anybody have any stats about how many folks competed at the different regionals? The Southern Plains (houston/NASA) had a pretty huge turnout, i think about 250 people! it was almost like nationals! 7 rounds and then top 16-- what an awesome and grueling day!!!

i was wondering if all our regionals are this BIG-??? - wow, it's so cool to see so many awesome people playing pokemon!!!

2nd place Midwest for 11-14 is Matt S. and 3rd is Nicolas. Nicolas was playing D. Steelix with Milotic and Matt S was playing t2 Arcinine ex
 
Love'ya but 3rd in Chicago was Mason H. with Venubliss in 11-14...he has the trophy to prove it!

Oh, and James B. was playing LBS

3rd place, chicago, 10- was Ben D. with ArcanineEx/FlareonEX

4th place, chicago, 10- was DustoxEX/Muk

I guess Midwest 15+ is still going on. Hmmm, LBS "the best deck in the format" is 0/9 on Regionals. Nice performance.

I am very surprised of what decks have one.
We've had Dark Slowking,Muk/Weezing,Yama, Flariados.
Im happy many different decks are winning.

I have a couple things I need to clarify. The 10 and under division winner of the Sierra Nevada Regional Championship (Michael G) who you may remember from the printed deck "KING OF THE WEST", won the tournament with Machamp, not Medicham ex. I would like that change to keep this more accurate. One more thing, for all you parents out there, Michael G is the top 10- player in the country. Regional Champion, printed deck!? Good game guys, West Coast is taking over.

Edited Famous or not, please do not post the last names of minors.
