You listed Lunatone/Solrock twice (bold above), so that means only 27 decks made the Top 4 in 15+. There's something else wrong with the list, too. The numbers don't add up - I'll get back to you.

2nd place in MS valley is Benny Vi for the 10- playing LBS. 11-14 Quinn D. used LBS and Kevin W. used Meganium
 
I Matt S. was 3rd in the mississippi valley regional for the 11-14 age group. I used T2 Arcanine ex. James V. was 4th with dark slowking.

Well, you nearly had it all(the information) and I had lots of free time, so I decided to do that list.
