Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Winter Regional Championships: Salem OR, January 19-20, 2013 (UPDATED)

The bus I can find back from the event to Bellingham (well, Portland to Bellingham) departs Portland at 2:00 PM. I am assuming that some TCG matches will still be played on Sunday. So:

Will TCG still be played on Sunday?
Assuming someone in my travel group is lucky enough to win out, how late should that person expect to be there Sunday?

Note: I expect wild speculation with significant uncertainty- this is obviously not something I would hold anyone to X D.

hmmmmmmm- wild speculation and significant uncertainty:
Depends on how devoted you are to the TCG:
Hard Core- 4 AM Monday
Medium- 8 PM Sunday
Low- Leave after Top Cut is done- 1 PM
True Oregonian Pokemon Player- Party starts at 10 PM Friday Night and ends until Monday Morning around 9 AM.

A side from that- Sunday is Top Cut, so TCG is still happening on Sunday.
Time wise if you make Top Cut and win out- I would estimate being done around 1pm if 8 AM is the begin time.

So, see you bright and early on Monday Morning! :p

Okay kiddos (old & young alike)

You might want to save some of that Christmas cash! Just sayin'...
I saw a preview of store items Mrs. BDS has and wow just WOW :thumb:

Hey BDS, can you update the registration times? I know some VCG players heading south from Washington making assumptions about what time they need to be in Salem. I want to make sure they are planning to arrive at the correct time.

The challange M45 is asking is his Post #39 in his Regional's thread.

Interesting.........

All VG registrations will be done on Sunday from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM - all age divisions. If I can get it set up we will also offer pre-registration through Eventbrite so you just show up with your confirmation and check in. I will update the first post this weekend with schedules and other activities planned.

what time is registration for the tcg?

all the tournament details are available for Oregon States but not Northwest Regionals lol.

I think they did this before but maybe I'm wrong. Will there be early prerelease at Regionals as a side event? It could have been during prerealease that there was also regionals the time I came.

Last Regionals we did a Booster Draft for the Noble Victories set. Not sure if there will be another one this year but I'm positive there will be some awesome side events going on for TCG.
~Cyber~

Was the booster draft before prerelease/booster draft or during or after? Because I was wondering if there would be early Plasma Storm Prerelease/Booster Draft.

We will not have any Plasma Storm cards at Winter Regionals. The prereleases do not begin until the weekend following winter Regionals so you'll have to be patient for a week longer. We do have quite a few Dragons Exalted and possibly enough Boundaries Crossed boosters in stock to do some booster drafts as side events with those sets at Winter Regionals.

Okay, thanks for the heads up!
