It means that the player with that POP ID either does not have a MP account, or decided not to participate in the Rewards system.

Please pardon my lack of grasping the full accounting of what has been written so far.

From this

comes this

Invitation “Pass Down” Awards
When POP calculates the final ratings for a given Zone, that rating will be checked against the invited players list. If a player who has already earned an invitation is ranked highly enough to receive a Premier Ratings invite, that invitation will be “passed down” to the next unqualified player from that same Zone. This does not mean, for example, that if a Canadian player who is top ranked in North America already has an invitation, the next Canadian player would be selected. Rather, the next unqualified player from that Zone (from the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, in this case) would be selected.

Let's take the North American Zone, Junior's Division.

Per the FAQs, there will be 12 Junior Invites from NA. OK, so at the US Nats, the top 4 get Invites. That leaves 8. (Let's ignore last year's winners since I do not think they included in the 12.)

If a Junior has both the Points and is in T4 at Nats, the T4 Nats takes precedence. Therefore, do I understand it that T4 get trips, then you remove them from the Premier Rank order and look at next 8 highest point total for the NA Zone to get invites?

Thanks,
P'Daddy

Aren't the rankings invites given in each Rating Zone over and above the # of invites given at each country's Nationals? So the US Juniors for example would get 4 invites at US Nationals and up to 12 from the NA Zone?

'Mom,

I thought the same too but then referred to the invite link.

Is it 12 or 16 (putting aside last year's winners)?

I just don't know.

'Daddy

For North America junior and seniors.

The 12 ratings invites will be 12 additional players over and above however many qualify through the three countries Nationals and last years worlds Top 4..

We have some problems because in Argentina OP changes the invites, we only have a Masters invite for our Nationals.
So if a Junior or Senior win he won`t go to Worlds. The only way to go for Seniors or Juniors is the Premier Ranking.
I know that Argentina not have a lot of players like USA, Mexico, etc but i think that we must have one invite for each category in our Nationals.
