Wont happen. i was talking to david about this last night and explained why.
we are not a SUMMER vacation spot. we are a winter vacation spot.
although we have the hotel/convention thing going, we dont have the humid 90' weather and we dont have any "Attractions".
so Utah is not the best option for worlds.

BTW by MD not being on the edge of the country I ment it's not on the VERY bottom edge all by its self.
MD is around the middle of the east coste so its the logical place for worlds to be. And the true middle of the Country would be stuppid, as anyone on the west or east would have to fly there any way.... that and there is NOTHING to do there.... well except get hit by a tornado.

As much as I would like to see it in NJ, I have a feeling that it has to be at a place that is nice and warm. I really wouldnt mind it being in San Antonio. I have been there and it is absolutely beautiful. It also has many things to enjoy including the Riverwalk, Six Flags, and the Alamo. Each of these is very enjoyable. I have done each and I had lots of fun. I dont expect it to be outside this US this year, but it wouldnt suprise me. I could see it being outside next year but the regulations of customs and shipping makes it expensive to hold it outside the USA IMO.

True, As East Rutherford is close to many crime ridden cities (ex: Newark, Paterson, NYC, etc.), but there is one of the contries most busy airports (Newark Airport), just 10-20 minutes from east rutherford.

I love the idea of Worlds in Japan.
I think Las Vegas would work well. There are tons of planes in and out of that airport. Las Vegas has tons of hotels with lots of swimming pools and other things for the kids. Honestly, I think it would work.

I don't think Las Vegas would be good for a kid centered/friendly event like Worlds. While there are some fun kid things like swimming pools, video game rooms, and roller coasters, there are far more bars and slot machines.
Someone suggested asking your local PTO - don't bother. We don't know yet either.

Actually, NYC is generally recognized as one of the safest big cities in the country.
One of the things I liked about San Diego was that there was an actual city worth going to in the area. I would really appreciate having worlds in a less plastic environment than Orlando.

That would be awesome, i think we would make a good Worlds location.
California would be nice, after, it is close to Utah =P and it has been held there before, however, if i could, i would like to go to Canada for Worlds
