Worlds Deck Error... anyone else get it?

Someone at league just told me they had the exact same thing happen to them. Same deck and wrong cards and everything. It seems as if we have confirmation that not all Eeveeloutions decks are packaged wrong, but we now have conformation that it is not an isolated incident. Considering that the same mistake was made, I'd expect more to be found to.
 
Hey Dave, so a packing an error the same as mine? Flareon side ok but energy side the Japanese water energy half? Or do any of your people have the opposites as I do and want to swap?
 
im from the uk and ive just pick up all 4 of the decks and ive had the same problem with jimmys deck half of the deck is from the BLS deck , Now i will email Pop to seee what to do but if this true there a few going around it must of happen when there were putting them together , the only thing ill like to ask is has anyone got jimmys deck with out this problem ?/????
 
I've written customer service about it, but so far have not gotten a reply. Funny, I haven't heard of the reverse error, the Japanese LBS deck with Jimmy's energy half inside, have any of you? I would think they would be around somewhere, as many as the decks we got in error.
And robrow, I have heard of some others who got the deck with no problems, so it isn't all the Jimmy decks.
Leave it to Jimmy to stir up a commotion with his deck! lol :tongue: :biggrin:
 
Well, I'm hoping that we'll be able to get replacement decks from customer service. Haven't heard back yet tho. :frown:

I have no open tickets in our customer service desk, and have personally responded to all inquiries about the mispacked Worlds Decks. Please, check your spam folder to make sure our replies are getting through to you.

If you have nothing there, please resend your issue, to [email protected]

The resolution, if you'd like to get a jump on it, will be:

Please, do not simply send in the deck without sending an email. This allows us to keep track of replacment issues much more efficiently.

Thanks Dav! I checked and didn't see any reply to it, but it was just sent on the 17th. I did resend the original letter I wrote just now, so hopefully you'll get it ok this time. Thanks for your response, I appreciate it!

Upon receiving your re-sent email, I can see that I did in fact receive and reply to your original email. I'm concerned now that our responses are being lost somewhere in your junk mail folder, or something of the like. I have responded again, but I cannot guarantee delivery of that email.
