Jason, how about Melbourne? SFO to Melbourne flights are cheap right now, Qantas or United; and after the concerns over availability of food in the wake of the US National in St. Louis, holding Worlds in a foodie heaven is a smart move.

I hope to be taking a personal vacation to Melbourne in the next year to see friends, family, eat food and drink wines - all things I could do at home.
