Yeah, they do look like those vending machine stickers =/

And a Basic Energy for $0.75?

You say whoever is fooled deserves it. But what if it's like a parent who knows nothing about the game and wants to get like a surprise birthday present for their kid and spends like $20.00 on 3 fake cards worth about $0.25 each. I don't think that person deserves to get ripped.

Also, the guy's obviously being misleading to people who don't know any better by pointing out that there are 16 holos, 16 rares, 32 uncommons and 32 commons, but only 6 basic energies in the set. =/

Oh wow. You got me. Atleast with some really far off idea. If the parent has slightly any intelligence at all, they will have noticed that their children's cards have looked nothing like that and will probably wonder why no one has already bought/bidded on the item at such a "low price." Regardless, a parent who does not do their research on something deserves to be cheated. Ignorance is no excuse. As for me, I've bidded on some transformer parts that looked like something I needed, but turned out to be totally messed up. It was my fault for not asking the seller some questions and looking around for more information. Oh Well $5 down the drain. I deserved it, yet I'll live.

As for the guy being misleading, I'm sure he is, but so are a lot of sellers on ebay. It's just a hazard and you gotta again ask for more pictures, ask questions, and do research unless you know something is exactly what you want.
That is plain and simple. =/
