I think through regular mail it can take up to two weeks to get to you. If you want by March 9th I'm sure it will cost more.

I don't know anywhere that's selling the dice.

28.bucks for the dice is good.
They are real hard to find.
I sold mine for 40.bucks I've seen them go for 50-65.
