I'm looking forward to this so much I may keep all the good cards I get from the next box.

Sure, Genesis. Nobody plays fire or fighting these days anyways, right? :nonono: Ok, it was a nice dream. :thumb: See you there.

Aggy, take a look at your pm while you're still here, buddy.

 nobody plays Fire or Fight (I will make a Gardy/Gallade deck w/ Gardevoir ex d hahahahaha). I think this tourny and Provincials will be a blast (hopefully I don't come 4th like last year as I wouldn't get a trophy this year)

Do you know what trophy looks really good? 1st place nationals =P just teasing, this year's a different story and you got a good head start winning 3 cities.

1st years seems to have an edge over the division they're in at big tournements. look at top 3 nationals last year. Kant Bidier and myself were all first year players (though Kant was the only one out of us 3 going X-0 during swiss at EVERY citites he went to during his season).

Right now you have Kant's poisition, 1st in Ontario, if not Canada if i'm not mistaking, rolling into Provincial. Maybe you can repeat what Kant did as well going X - 0 at provincials or maybe some dude in the shadows plays an amazing rogue to win the whole thing...

It's happened before...
Hope my Hex is a upon you!

Suggestion, don't use flygon HEX

This will be the year of the second years who weren't very successful during theit first year. hahaha I wish i could go to the pre-provincials I have a couple decks i was hoping for my friend Dave and I to try out, but unfortunatly I'll be on my home from the Dominican that day (well I'm not actually that sad about it =P).

Welll maybe this will be the year of the 3rd/4th years who started off really noobish-turned mega good/went average - and then do great:lol: (I wish I had a 1st place Nationals trophy, hey, I'll trade 2 of my medals, my Power-ADE list that was improved today, the deck itself, the position of leader for my team...Team Lesage, and a button for that trophy  jk) Hopefully no shadow players with mega rogue decks show up (are you giving BJ the power that you had during Nationals???oh nooooo). So hopefully, I will do well.

hmmmm... that trade seems pretty tempting, but the one thing that i like about the trophy so much is that it lights up nice blue colours!

Also there's no honour if i just take your medals it's my fault i missed out on not winning one... but a good thing is i got the infernape binder for like 5 bucks on eBay hehehehe =( i broke my world's binder...

On another note, i may have 4 or 5 shadows that love rogue decks.... o_O

P.S. B.J.'s having the same pre-nationals season that i had... so if he gets 9th at provincials like i did than maybe it might be a repeat that way...

Ughhh...I need this trip so I can go to Nats. If I get to Nats I will do ok but, I need this trip (edited my joke)

hehehehe........Zach you are just kidding right? People might get the wrong idea on here and think you’re full of yourself.

wow

I am not a new player and I am just joking about the winning stuff (but, it gets me pumped up for competition). I really don't think any tourny is easy and that I am proud if I lose because I know that I have a great deck but, I want the better deck/player to win (If they deserve it). That is what I am finishing. BTW, I am not the best player in the world and neither do I win all of the time but, I do get my share of Top Cuts so I set a standard for myself and I work hard and strive to it (I would rather say I am going to win a tourny than say I am going to lose) and with my confidence and SUPER DECK BUILDING SKILLS (aka my dad & bro  jk), I have the power to win a tournament.

It should be really tough. There are a lot of people who really want this after not doing as well during city's as they had hoped. There are also a lot of people who only went to one or two CC's who could take others by suprise. There are some people who have been plagued with a bunch of second place finishes and indend to break their losing ways in the finals. You also never know what kind of red face paint deck Geneses could come up with to take everyone by suprise (like @ Nationals =P) I could provide names for all of these examples, but most could probably figure out who I'm talking about.

Anyways, my point is don't go in there to over confident Zach, otherwise after a bad loss you could crash and burn the rest of the day

Yeah, I know where you are getting at Sean and hopefully, those second place finisher don't come out with SD's (oh no).

The world doesn't revolve around the top 2 players at cities how about looking down the list to top 8 or AT LEAST top 4 once in a while. Without a shadow of a doubt there's a lot of VERY good and high potential players that just miss the top cut or should've done better but didn't.

Oh, I know but, I still hope the dominant metagame still stays consistant letting no SD's in. I say this because it is easier that way so I don't have to worry but, knowing you I think you could make a mega SD.

what metagame. I just seen a bunch of people playing GG with the winners being the ones who got up first. bottom line what will make this tourney good is you aren't going to see what people bring to states until it's too late
