Looking good, although once again they managed to make a few crud cards rare (Seriously, PICHU?). Looks a lot better then SV though.

Now all I'm wondering is this; how will the Arceus/box ratio be?

It does look look a lot better than SV for sure. But you are right, PICHU?!?

I just hope it's still 3-4 Lv. X's per box.

I think you're referring to the HGSS Pichu although this Pichu has a somewhat decent attack for a Baby Pokemon.

Well, at least most Rares are useful compared to the trash that is SV, like Luxray, Toxicroak, Spiritomb, Lopunny (I was actually surprised that its Poke-Power is stackable), Sceptile, Porygon-Z G, etc. The Rare Manectric's art is pretty cool IMO.

I think that the two Holo rares missing from there are #4 Kabutops and #7 Probopass.
