My role does not flat out tell me "this person is a townie" or this person is a wolf." Instead, I sometimes get something that will strongly hint towards whatever person being a townie. And this was the case when I targeted Toxictapian.

Now, for jpulice things were a little different. I didn't get anything pointing in the direction of either wolf or townie, but instead just got information that allows me to make a pretty good guess of who he is, and to some extent, what his role is. For now, I think he is townie, but not everything is what it seems in this game. And since I have a pretty good idea of who he is, I can more or less follow him in the updates. And if I see him do anything that seems anti town, then he will have a lot of explaining to do.

And as for King Piplup and Dragonclyne725. I do not think I am going to reveal my reasons for believing them to be townie at this moment. I will talk about them later on in the day, but for now, it would not be a good idea to discuss them...

Man, I've been a part of only two games off site while this one has been ongoing, but I've learned so much in that little amount of time. If I could just go back and play this game all over again... I'm going to post a few ideas on how to improve future werewolf games here on PokeGym when this one is over. Anyone who is serious about playing this game again needs to read and give their feedback.


I need to do a reread on the thread before I start seriously posting again, but jellyfisher has helped narrow down my suspicions. Will have something useful to say later.
 
Okay, this is going to have to be improved later in the day, but here is a list of the players organized with the information I have received, and my opinions.

27. gallade (Form what I have seen in the updates, gallade's group looks like a town aligned one.)

Also I like your list. I'm curious about your details on King Piplup and Dragonclyne725 but it can wait. I can see our lists are similar in areas and why you made the comment you did in Day 6. There are a few names which just keep jumping out on my list and I totally agree IKRIT is one of them.

I've bolded one thing in Ikrit post. It doesn't mention the empire. Why? For someone so well versed in Star Wars I think this is a pretty basic slip up. I'm a total believer there is some sort of storm trooper type in this game. Also the "empire" has used blasters a few times in the updates. So why mention only sith and dark jedi?

I've voted Ikrit yesterday, and I still see no reason not to vote him today. I'm open for discussion but I will need to be convinced why not to vote for him again today.

I would assume and informational role directed toward Darth Sideus / Emperor Palpanite should come back with false townie information.

@ jellyfisher: I also happen to believe jpulice is town because I'm fairly certain I know what character he is right now. I certainly don't plan on role-revealing him right now, but I have good reason to believe he is townie.

My 2 top targets right now would have to be pokemonfreak5 and, in light of recent events, ikrit. Pf5 has been playing a very conservative game and posting just enough to be as inconspicuous as possible. This could be a seer OR a wolf play, but right now I really lean towards believing he is a wolf. Ikrit cast the final vote against cabd (DarthPika) . I don't want to analyze this right now, but it is valuable information nonetheless. Of the people listed in jellyfisher's suspicious group I would mostly agree with theking. I think I know what Benzo is and I really don't know about Scottistru right now.

That was a mistake. None of those three were actually in the suspicion group. I just forgot to separate them from the other groups. But anyway, I said I was going to wait for their responses to put them in groups, but I guess I'll just do it now. Keep in mind that this may change depending on their responses...

As for the bit of sith and dark jedi. That is my way of saying badguys without allowing myself to forget that there are two distinct groups who are evil rather than just one.

You four who keep saying I am suspicious have still not given any reasons. I cannot tell you the why without you telling me the what you wish to know the why of. It is poor etiquette to vote with no stated reasons and simply promise them for later.

I am becoming increasingly suspicious of jpulice. Yesterday he/she voted for me with no real reasoning.

I am suspicious of Cardz, PF5, and jpulice. Cardz foremost, PF5 and jpulice equally.

Cardz because he admitted lying about the reason why he had not been posting very much. Also he propagated a vote for exceptionally evident false reasons (The tattoo on AAM). This seems like a wolf trying to get suspicion off of himself without having to give any real reasons. He has also repeatedly promised at least hints to his role...but has never given any.

PF5 because when he vote flipped from cabd onto scottistru, that looks like a wolf trying to get information out of a townie while simultaneously shifting attention away from a wolf.

Jpulice because of the poor vote yesterday and still stating no reasons. This looks like a wolf simply trying to pressure me for more information on my role. Furthermore, he only jumped on the suspicion train today after others had done so first.

Beyond that fact, you try to cast suspicion on me by saying that palpatine would be immune to seer and detective. I cannot think of something more broken than a wolf being unable to be seered or detectived (is that a word?). Beyond this, I have already stated that my role is similar to the voguer from a previous game. To my knowledge that kind of a power role is only ever in the hands of the town.

Absol: I search the ship for active consoles. I look in every compartment and room available to us. I look for directions to a redundant bridge from which the ship might be controlled. I look in the engineering room for any thruster controls. I also search for any rooms that might have opened up since HK-47 spoke to us. I look for anyway to contact the droid brain again. I look for a light saber from one of the dead jedi/sith/dark jedi to cut open the the panel to the button and then press it again if I am able. I do some calculations to see if decompressing the hangar would be enough to change the course sufficiently. I look for the ships access codes so that I could use the available shuttle to take remote control of the ship and change its course. I use the shuttle's radio to attempt to hail the droid brain again.
 
@Ikrit: That seems fair enough. I will unvote:Ikrit until I find time to re-affirm my suspisions.
Secondly, I'm getting an odd vibe about the asteroid due to Ikrit's reaction to them. In WWX, a chandelier fell, preventing a double kill from the wolves. During this game, in which he was a wolf, he and fellow wolves tried frantically(as seen above) to figure out how to move it. Maybe the asteriods are actually bad for the wolves. Just some food for thought...
 
I find calling me suspicious for attempting to prevent the death of everyone to be rather strange.

Perhaps I should call you suspicious for being nonchalant about the death of everyone on the ship.

Honestly I am worried about it because it sounds like someone's win condition is about to be fulfilled.

I voted for you to make sure that you understood that I am not just saying "I think Ikrit might be a wolf." And then in a days (not game days) drop it. I honestly believe that you have a strong chance of being Palpatine. However, since no one has given you a reason for their suspicions, I will give you at least some of mine.

So I have at least some idea of most of the remaining players identity. However, there are still a few that I have not been able to figure out. And out of all of the ones there, you are possibly the most suspicious. And I am saying that you are probably Palpatine because when looking for the alpha wolf, you have to realize that AT isn't going to give the role to a newer player. He is probably going to give that role to someone with more experience. And you are one of the few players left has a lot of experience.

You also claim to have a role similar to the Voguer. While I suppose it is possible, that would be a very easy claim for a wolf to make.

There are also other reasons, but I am not going to say them for now.

Actually, there is a role similar to what you are describing.

You are Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket. You are a werewolf, however you are more than just an ordinary Werewolf; you are the Alpha Werewolf. You are a Werewolf with (Darth Vader, Boba Fett, and Jabba the Hutt). Each night, you get to converse with all other Werewolves and decide whom to kill that night. You decide, after discussion at night, who the Werewolves will eliminate that night. You are the final word on who dies, and your PM is the one that tells me who to kill.

In addition, all evidence that could connect you to Team Rocket is well covered up, and you are very skilled at hiding your thoughts from Psychic Pokemon, so if anyone tries to find out your alignment, they will think you are are just an ordinary townsperson.

@ Ikrit, I'm not sure why you say I have a "null" read on you, or I'm jumping on the bandwagon. In post 1307 I clearly state why I feel you are suspicious to me. I still felt the same way on post 1615, hyperlinked for your convenience. I've also clearly lined out with FACTS (post 1615) why I believe Cardz is not empire nor Sith. I know I'm new to WW (only game 2) so if you are calling my suspicions of your non-voting a "null read" then so be it. I don't agree so, we will just need to disagree. You will need to bring something more to the table for me to change my opinion about your game so far.

Also what FACTS do you have other than one contradiction on Cardz? Dragonite15 and Kezzup fell due to contradictions but they were both townies. I will agree contradictions and/or mistakes need to be weighed as part of the process and factored into one's voting decision process. Just like your description of the "bad guys" seems more Freudian than anything else. Especially IF you are Empire, like I believe you to be.

This is splitting a hair but Empire does not equal dark jedi, no matter how you cut it. Again I find it hard to believe you would make a off the cuff comment like this to classify these two Star Wars groups as such. Especially if you are a fan.

So here are my reasons for voting you today.
1. You have been on my public suspicious list since Day 5 and you are still on it. You were placed on my list for 5 days of not casting a vote to lynch.
2. You really pushed for a Cardz vote yesterday, even when I presented my facts to why I believe he's townie. I also believe there are many out there who also believe he is town aligned. A self-claimed Detective (jellyfishes who I believe) has put Cardz as a townie and yet you come back to your suspicions about him.
3. I believe you have made a basic slip up in describing the two groups of "bad guys" to avoid drawing attention to yourself.
4. There are 20 players left. With some of the information from today, I think I can place most of the players on a role (townie or indy) except 6. One of those players is the town priest. The other 5 are looking pretty good for Sith or EMPIRE. You are on this list.

This is the Alpha Wolfs text from the last game. For someone such as Palpatine, I would absolutely think he has this ability.

I've pretty much felt that Ikrit was scummy through the whole game. He started out posting very little and now he is suddenly more active. He claims that he only posts when he has something to say, which seems to be a lot now, doesn't it? Suddenly have a lot on our mind after we were grilled, hmm?

The more posts I see from him, the more and more I can't help but believe that he's an enemy. He's kind of jumping around the discussion of his alignment, talking about "etiquette". While I'm all for keeping the discussion civilized, there is nothing not so about people making accusations. It seems to me as though Ikrit is trying to use "etiquette" to shut up and eliminate the discussion of his alignment.

I pretty much agree 100% with jellyfisher and jpulice. I really feel like you're an enemy of the town, and they've given some very good arguments that I think raise some excellent questions.
