There really isn't much to say about this card. No power, no body, no effects on his attacks, this is a pretty bland card. No reason to use him outside of league, incredibly non-competitive play. 5/10?

I really like Umbreon. I think that she could definitely be playable and win some BR's, Cities, and States. Definitely the best Prime in the set other than Scizor.

Agreed. I ran 4 in Regigigas. 2 damage counters can decide whether a Pokemon is knocked out or not. Knocking out a Pokemon can, and often will affect the Battle a lot.
