Well, I am little bit confused. Is elimination of TopCut in Fall BR compulsory round the World or is it optional and the final decision is only up to TO and venue time possibility ? Most of Czech players prefer TopCut but not sure is it legal. I will appreciate official info/statement...

All Germans States/Regionals tournies are over but there is not progress in rating at all. Not sure what is behind, but time is getting short to particular Nats in European countries, and everybody will appreciate actual rating and/or standing to be able to manage his/her journey to SanDiego...
