Nice deck, Boost could also work for T2 Electabuzz (evolved from Elekid) But I prefer T2 Wobby from Wynaut with Boost so I would drop both Elekid and Buz for 1 more Wobby and 3 Wynaut, it also helps bring out other Pokemon. Also drop 2 Master Ball for Crystal Shard, One hit K'O on Rayquaza...

Zangoose is good, I was thinking of playing him with Amphy to take out Rayquaza if he's already damaged ;P But your best bet is Wailord ;)
