Ok here is my question. I'm using the GE Claydol with Cos. Power. I use the power and it says put up to 2 cards on the bottom of your deck. Then draw till you have 6 in your hand. Am i still able to use the power even if I only put 1 card or even 0 cards on the bottom of my deck?

ok my opponet has 2 pokemon on there bench that both have 40 hp left. I try to use gardevoir's attack bring down, would I be still be able to use it even though they both have the same number or would one of them have to have 30 hp and the other 40?
