Hello. I've read about these tournaments a little before but it's early and I'm not too clever. Can someone lay out exactly how it work in terms of who makes top 8? Does it then continue like a regular top 8?

I have now just TWICE lost game on PTCGOnline when i was winning! I'm ahead by a couple prizes, better set-up then they wait for ages, KO one of my pokemon and it tells me i've lost because i was idle for too long. Is this some kinda bug or is my internet really that bad!? I have slow internet...
