Indeed one deck, Flygon... It would sacrafice some prizes against garchomp but in the end when gon is loaded it's bey bey chomp.

I would stick with palkia as the blower/luxray is only one time. Palkia is every turn (if they dont spray you) Maybe get in those blowers and do -1 gabite -1 sneasel then you still got one change to kill a key pokémon of them. (skunktank G :p)

Dialga g is locked against this deck, Mighteyena locks him. Great list i would go for 2 toxicrack and one more uxie in it's place to get your cards faster.

Good power, as said by many before me the card lacks the very good attack to finish job's of. The time this thing is on the bench is also like forever stage 2 lvl x (actully stage 3 :s). The eevee decks are going to be too fast for this thing to setup. Anyways i'll give it: 1024MB

Good list, i would say play more windstorm cause crystal beach is going to hurt you bad. Also, the Cresscelia GE and lvl X arent out yet so you need to provide the card translations for the people that do not know the card (new players).

On the lvl x clearly states that you need to put the lvl x onto gardevoir not on gardevoir ex! You cant level up gardevoir ex.

Hmm i would go for 1-1 migtyena ex instead of 2 absol ex, its nice to have the opp switching about and spreading damage. Getting energy on celebi and venusaur is nice but i would add scramble too keep on using eggs its energy attack until they kill it off. I think you need more energy recover...
