It does. The problem is that this arceus is already lv. 100, and lv. 100s do not gain EV's even if they have not yet received the 510 maximum total. The only way to give it any EV's is with the EV vitamins. But you can only get in a maximum of 100 EV's for a stat, so you're a bit limited.

When you migrate a pokemon, it stays EXACTLY the same as it was before. Nothing about it changes. It will still have whatever EV's it gained before you migrated it.

Nope. Just deposit the pokemon in a box, and the EVs will be applied to its stats.

There is one way.....you can catch croconaw as a shadow pokemon in colosseum. But in order to do so, one would have to trade over dive balls from one of the GBA games, as (I'm pretty sure) there are no dive balls obtainable in colusseum. If it really is from colosseum, it will say it is met in...

I actually attempted this once a long time ago....people kept calling on the pokenav and messing it up.
