Despite my family owning twelve Uxie, I think this is a good decision from the perspective of helping new players get into the game. Whether or not I will personally use any depends on the level of blingification of these new Uxie.

Strangely enough, the point is to attract players to League, not comfort people whose feelings got all hurt over the BR prize changes.
You do realize that making them League promos makes them MORE available, don't you? Making them a BR prize would mean that FAR FEWER people would get their hands on them. Typically, though, you only want what's best for YOU.

No, I think they should be for League AND BR. I find it very annoying when they make something like this something that only people who go to league can get. Those of us who aren't able to attend league would still like to have access to cool stuff.

They are giving away something cool to encourage people to go to League. You have no reason to moan about this. More Uxies = cheaper and more available Uxies for you as well as everyone else.

'not every player' has EVER been able to go to league. nor to states, regionals, nationals or worlds. your point?
'not every player' has been able to pull/trade for X card either. so making it more available is a BAD thing?
