You all are simply ridiculous, this card is more than good for the current modified format.
As a matter of fact, I would argue that were it not for the impending threat of Golem 4 hitting Weakness, this might be the BCIF, taking Call Energy and Luxray GL Lv. X's throne.
Thirty for two is decent damage... a bit less than Claydol GE, however this Pikachu doesn't have a power to protect, and has one less retreat! But think about the metagame! This hits Palkia and Gyarados, two huge PocketMansters, for SIXTY damage. Just two energy! That is almost as good as Rampardos hitting for 80 with one!
If its attack only required one Water, it would be so insanely broken, it'd be almost as good as Shaymin Lv. X's Thankfulness Poke-Body, and they'd have to ban that, too.
However, we lucked out, and it's costed at two energy, so while it is a fierce competitor in the current modified format, it isn't as broken as some silly cards like Bubble Coat.
