A Colorless Blaze counter? Maybe... (E-on)

I would suggest you put in marril for free retreating. That way you don't have to set up a second slaking before you can start doing 100 per turn.

Not a bad idea, Bowser Minion! I'll post the updated list here. Based on that list, if you see 2 or 3 cards I could take out for Marrils, please post.

Pokémon (22):
4 Slakoth (R/S)
2 Vigoroth (SS)
3 Slaking (R/S)
2 Dunsparce (SS)
2 Skitty (Double-edge)
2 Delcatty (Holo)
3 Pichu (SS)
2 Magnemite (Thundershock)
2 Magneton (Magnetic Field)

Trainers (21):
4 Professor Oak's Research
4 Oracle
3 Juggler
3 Switch
3 Warp Point
2 Rare Candy
2 Oran Berry

Energy (17):
11 Electric Energy
4 Boost Energy
2 Warp Energy

Notes: This is with the fix that was most recently discussed, and I also switched the TV Reporters out to bring back the Jugglers. The Pichu/Juggler combo is too important to this deck for me not to use them.

Glad I could help. I've been playing slaking for a while and it is VERY affective.

I would go with:
-2 magnemite
-2 magneton

+2 marril
+1 warp energy
+1electric energy

Go with that unless your in love with the magneton line. If you want to keep them I'll think of somthing else.

-1 Light energy, go w/ either another switch/warp or oran

Hm... maybe, but I kinda would like to try to keep the Magneton line in there. With the Energy discards this deck has, I think they'll be pretty necessary. Of course, since I haven't playtested, I can't be sure, but I honestly think they should stay if possible.

Well the only thing I can think of is to take out the oran berries. Marril would be more more help that those. That gives you 24 pokemon which seems a bit high, but that's probably just me.

Actually, that does sound like a better idea. Yeah, 24 Pokémon seems like a lot, but then again, don't most BAR lists run about 24 Pokémon? ;) If it works for them, maybe it'll also work against them.

If you ask me, Id go with magetons. Very good w/ the high discard costs. The marrils could be fun, but thats only if you add some other vital trainers supporting the slakings.

Well, let's see. With the latest fixes, here's the decklist:

Pokémon (24):
4 Slakoth (R/S)
2 Vigoroth (SS)
3 Slaking (R/S)
2 Dunsparce (SS)
2 Skitty (Double-edge)
2 Delcatty (Holo)
3 Pichu (SS)
2 Magnemite (Thundershock)
2 Magneton (Magnetic Field)
2 Marill (Sandstorm error)

Trainers (19):
4 Professor Oak's Research
4 Oracle
3 Juggler
3 Switch
3 Warp Point
2 Rare Candy

Energy (17):
11 Electric Energy
4 Boost Energy
2 Warp Energy

My only concern now is that with all the different Basics and only 2 Dunsparce, the deck will have consistency problems. If I could find room to add two more Dunsparce, it might help. As is, there are 15 total Basics, and 6 different Basics. Mulligans are not going to happen often, but it does seem like there will be frequent times when I don't get the right Basics.
