The most common anti-mewtwo techs i have seen are deoxys speed form, exeggutor la, drifblim and palkia lvl x (restructure mewtwo lvl x back to the bench).

ok... where do I start here. I actually either start with mesprit, Mr. Mime or Mewtwo depending upon what I have in my hand and the matchup. Mewtwo adds another big hitter to the deck and is able to balance the mismatch this deck has against Mr. Mime. I actually use the first mewtwo as a sponge for damage because it has 140 with snowpoint and can do 120 damage every other turn. But, I'm also not stupid with this setup either. The turn that you take to charge it up I also attach an energy to mesprit/uxie to get ready to Zen Blade or God Blast if they take down my mewtwo. So far this deck has run MUCH better than the previous decks I have tried. I like it alot.

as for the mirror match and mewtwo Lv X being troublesome... I don't really think so. I run a 2-2 mewtwo lv x line... so more than likely I will be able to set mine up first. Since I can do that, I will probably get 1 or 2 KO's easily early game with mewtwo and they have nothing to counter me. Then it just becomes battle of the warp points where I choose what dies and what lives and will probably KO something for every warp point. So if I have to, I will go to time. I should have the win either way. As for mightyena, I really don't see that as a mewtwo counter because it will get blasted very easily even if it takes my first mewtwo down and other than that, I run Unknown G... so mightyena has nothing on me.

edit: Deck has been updated as well to the version I am testing. I put Unknown G in as a permanent over Chatot. Chatot was nice, but was just a waste of a bench space late game. Unknown G has alot more uses especially with the release of the Machamp in Stormfront. I also added Buck's Training because I actually use the mewtwo lv X's attack alot so I want to be able to one shot empoleon and kingdra and alot of other stage 2 pokemon that have 130 hp. It's such a pain leaving them alive with 10 hp. It's actually sacrificing mewtwo really.

the palkia & palkia x are a decent techs. i like the mewtwo & mewtwo x as it often comes up (with the pixies having free retreat) to do some decent hurt in a turn (energy absorbtion its first turn, to get mesprit x's discarded two psychic energies). this deck is working pretty well for me.

i do not like call energy, as it bypasses the benefits of playing the LA pixies from the hand. i put in two multi energy, as palkia cannot attack without it, and there have been a lot of times that it could fetch me a snowpoint stadium that i desperately need. also, when using palkia x's power (you had better have a switch, but sometimes you do not), the opponenet will always pick palkia (if the power is used from the bench).

quickballs work well for me in this deck. i have switches in the deck, also.

just my two cents.

here's some ideas

Try running AMU this way:

-1 Azelf MT
+1 Azelf Lv.X (need the Lv.X out fast)
-1 Mewtwo
-1 Mewtwo Lv.X (only used for a tech, not a main attacker)
-2 Mr. Mime
-1 Unknown G
+1 Palkia
+1 Palkia Lv.X
+4 Energy pickup (supreme blast)
-2 Warp points
-3 Felicity's Drawing
+4 Professor Oak's Visit
+2 Bebe's Search
-3 Quick ball
+4 Switch (get's Lv.X's out faster)
+2 Super Scoop up (repeat Psychic Bind)

That' how I run mine, It's very consistent:thumb:
