TPC/CREATURES does not like the use of dice. Its not part of the game. Cards say "Flip a coin..." not "Roll a die..." At Worlds, the Japanese players and judges were all confused by the use of dice, hence the announcement at Worlds regrading which numbers were "heads" and which were "tails." Dave and I have tried repeatedly to get Yasu to speak with TPC/CREATURES regarding this issue, be he adamantly believes that they will not accept dice as a random determinant.

When two players have identical tourney stats and one must be determined as the winner or advancer (in the case of cuts to elimination rounds), a dice will be rolled for each player. The one with the highest number will advance or be declared the winner.
