Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Whats the best way or strategy to catch Beldum? Since its going to keep Take Downing till my pokemon dies or it dies. I'm using a Synchronizer too so I'll have to switch it out unless I got a strategy with it. I thought about using a pokemon with False Swipe and then switching to a Ghost type so neither pokemon will get damaged. But I was just wondering if anyone had a better way.
Have Breloom with Poison Heal Spore it to sleep, False Swipe it, then switch to a Ghost, as you mentioned. Make sure that Ghost can stop the weather, or heal during it.

There is an island that has moon in the name, but I can't think of it at the moment. Probably New Moon island; to get there you have to get to Canalave City and take the boat from there. Be sure to beat the E4 or proceeded far enough through the game, whichever comes first.

There's 2 types of SR'ing.
1. Soft Reset, hence SR, where you press: Select+Start+L+R all together at once and are sent back to the main menu of the game. This is good for IV abuse, getting certain IV's, and for Natures.
2. Hard Reset is TOTAL AND COMPLETE deletion of the game Save file. Not sure how to do it for R/S/E, but for D/P/Pt, it's I think Up+B+Select+Start.

In my travels, when people say hard reset, they usually refer to turning the power off, then on, using the Power Button/Switch.

Yes, well that's just turning the system off. What I said is true if you want to get more than one event Pokemon on a single game cart.

If i have a lv 5 smeargle that i am trying to ev train, and i send it out first in a battle, then switch out for something that can ko the opponent, does smeargle still get all the ev's from the opposing pokemon, just for having appeared in the battle?

Yes, Smeargle still gets the EV's that the pokemon gives.

I got my machop ready to ev train today by staying up all night hatching for good IV's/adamant nature so i could battle tomorrow in nashville's vgc with a machamp, and just realized that you can only learn bullet punch through egg moves...and my machop came from emerald...

Is there something else that i could replace bullet punch with that is similar? or do i just give up and not drive to nashville because i dont have time to hatch for a new machop with good IV's, nature, and bullet punch?

Around certain areas you will find yellow trees a.k.a. Honey Trees. You can find honey from one guy and put it on the tree. After a while, a Pokemon will appear, you could try chcking Serebii for more info or look around yourself.

Trade Evolution Question

I have an Onix LV36 and Haunter LV36. I have 2 gym badges (DP). I want to trade it over my platinum and trade it back so it can evolve. The problem is, will they still obey me even if I am the original trainer and over train it?
