banned sets?

^Because hyping about anything that we don't know about seems to be fun.

I've heard DP-GE will be rotated. I've also heard, however, that we are going into Japan's format where no sets will be rotated.

wait in japan they play with old cards???
 
I assume that we will still be DP-on. If it isn't, I assume that DP-SW will be rotated out. To get the official announcement, we just have to wait until August as no one really knows.
 
As multiple people have said, I don't think anyone really knows. I've heard just DP, or DP-SW.

It would seem to make sense (judging from when they banned EX) that all of DP will be banned after the 2010 season.

Can anyone explain exactly what system Japan uses?

I believe Japan uses DP-on at the moment.

so i should rephrase my question


what sets will be banned after rising rivals is made legal. will all stay or will some be banned.

No sets will be banned after Rising Rivals is legal. Sets are only rotated out at the beginning of a new season which occurs in September.

That list isn't official and just a presumption. Again, nobody knows and we can just speculate what sets will be rotated out (if any).
 
if dark_pokemon and z-man is correct then this will be true.
i just merely listed off the main cards.
so i guess my source are those two and the facts is that last time sets were banned they banned 4.
