don't be too sure of that. Roseanne's and rare candy were reprinted in POP8, so i think that makes them still legal to play.

speaking of which....looking at the cards they reprinted in POP8 (roseanne, night maintenance, rare candy)...
I guess at the same time it gives some idea on which sets they are about to routate..

They wouldnt have reprinted candy if GE wasn't being rotated just like they wouldnt have reprinted bebe in the upcoming set if SW wasn't being reprinted.

i would say that nothing is sure. We haven't tried banning the new sets after the new rules, so only the people behind this knows what will happen.
