I play the flowers too. In many games i didnt need a Vileplume so

4-3-4-2(maybe i will play 4-3-4-1). Gloom and Oddish are :psychic:, but i think :grass: oddish are better cause of paralyze. As starter i play Pachi and 2 TM1, but i want to play more TM1s

Starmie is the best tech for Magmortar. So 1-1 is ok

Then:
dawn stadium is must have for Magnezone. Drop 1 NM and 1 wager for 2 Dawn, which are good to kick Snowpoint temple. 4 PP isnt needed cause you can do 120 + burn and you have Vileplume´s Power, which poisons.

Ha i hate it the most when i post this deck 2 days ago and i get 1 suggestion, then you post it and get 40 comments.. =( any way looks solid but straight up bellosom? maybe tech in a metagross or duskinoir.

check the date Prize, this deckwasposted4ever and a half ago...

i find that 3 Bells are good, but i find the multi drop on Vileplume to be very helpful in stopping the rush decks. I will tech this deck out after the first week of BRs, see which decks are popular. again i will get around to posting a full article.

This is my list

pokemon:

4x Oddish
3x Gloom
3x Bellossom
2x Vileplume
2x Baltoy
2x Claydol
1x Chatot

Trainers: 27

3x Roseanna's Research
2x Prof Oak's Visit
2x Buck's Training
2x TS-01

7x Grass Energy

@SuicidalPikachu: Your new list looks great. I dunno how much I like Buck's in this deck, since most of the time they turn into Mom's Kindness. Other than that it's very solid. You might want to try a Uxie over one of the Chatots.

i have decided to go to a straight speed list, focusing on quick damage. i am not rlly teching it out until i see how it does @ BRs. keep to comments coming tho.

That's the list I'm working on. It's more Bellossom and tech based.

I'll give you the pokemon count of what I'm working on. Althought I'd like to keep the rest of my 'MagneticBells' deck under wraps for now, as I'm considering it for a BR deck.

4 oddish
3 gloom
3 bellossom
2 Vileplume
2 baltoy
2 chattot
1 beldom
1 metagross
1 unknown G

Tech's I'm considering.

-Starmie instead of Gross
-Unknown Q
-Mesprit

I will say that hitting a Mesprit, followed by Wager, followed by your claydol, followed by NRG on Vileplume, followed by heads on Vilplume attack at just the right moment in the game is DEVASTATING!

you trap their claydol active with gross, then they cant do squat next turn, then you take it out.

Vileplume is necessary to a winning bells deck. You definitely could run more psychic. I dont see how this is more tech based, your only "tech" is gardevoir and that does not really help you vs any matchups, its just another stage two you have to get out. I think(know) there are better techs that actually help with matchups. You also might want to try out TM1 :)

There is much less shutting off powers, not to mention Bellossom's advantageous Glaceon matchup. Once you get a Gardevoir down, unless they devolve it you are getting a completly free extra supporter each turn. That's going to set the deck up well any deck like mad. I think dealing damage and healing with Bellossom is more important than laying a status condition with Vileplume. Gardevoir can even work as a secondary attacker.

I just tried it out and it was kind of superfluous to the decks strategy. Let that rare candy that was going to go to a Gardevoir, go to another Bellossom. I did not find the Garde necessary at all. Also, Vileplume's pokepower and attack go together so well you should look at that as your second attacker. Gardevoir is nice and all but its not powers that will help AMU get the 200 dmg again next turn, its mostly the trainers (Warp Point, Energy Pickup,Premiere Ball, Draw). I just think that the space that Gardevoir takes up could be used for something else that helps vs all matchups such as Starmie(Which helps this deck actually have a chance vs AMU), Metagross, and so many other things.

if i want the AMU match-up in my favor, why wouldn't i just run a 1-1 Mightyena? also, starmie came out once again, and i am re-editing my deck. AMU has some really bad match-ups to other good decks in the format so i dont really plan to see much of it around my BRs. i totally agreee with the candy thing which is why i am only running a stage 1 tech in here. Where Scrambling from behind was the format last year, good recovery is going to be this year.

so, i took out the 1-1 starmie and added in a 2nd chatot and a 3rd NM. im thinking of -1 bucks, +1 Plus power, but it's just an idea so far. im also considering a 1-1 Mewtwo X, but im not sure at the moment, both mewtwo and mightyena are solid techs for anti AMU, but mewtwo gets shut down with Mightyena. so it's pretty close.
