Call of Legends Leafeon Deck? Anyone tried this?

The only problem with Torkoal though is that it's Poke-Power is a one time shot when you put it onto your bench where as Houndoom Prime can be used every turn.

@ Amphachu: You do realize that the Call of Legends is a reprint of the one you think is superior?

Wait... the Call of Legends is a reprint of Undaunted. I just looked it up on Bulbapedia. Are you thinking of an earlier Leafeon?

XD They're being facetious. The point is that the card was originally in UD. COL's just a reprint. So the OP's statement that it's a Leafeon from COL triggered the joke.

*ahem* That being said, from my personal experience Leafeon-Roserade-Mismagius is the best play, with 2 Torkoal and lots of Seekers. A few benefits:

1. Leafeon doesn't take Rainbow damage. That's important when you've got as little HP as poor Leafy. Seeker recovers your Rosies. Just be careful, because if they get out a Kingdra Prime and a Yanmega Prime, they can do 50 to anything in one go.

2. With careful management, you can cycle your Rainbows with Seeker well enough that you don't need a bench slot for Unown Return. With EXTREMELY careful management, you'll never lose a Rainbow to the discard.

3. Yes, Torkoal is a coming-into-play power, and thus unreliable. BUT, as pointed out earlier, it's a FIRE type. Kingdra at 1/3 power is very important, since you don't want him coming active when you can't oneshot him. Two to minimize the chance of Prizing.

4. Misdreavus/Mismagius starts are awesome, because you can choose stuff that's over your magical 110 and damage it enough to kill. Sharpshoot a bench Zekrom or Horsea T1. Second turn, Psychic Pulse, and they're within KO range. Then you can either retreat or let it die knowing it's set things up well for you.
