Yeah good idea to have on the main rules - I've seen on some people's threads they have posted on their rules that they will leave negative ref if someone backs out after addresses get exchanged....

ADDRESS HAS BEEN EXCHANGED, SO DEAL WITH IT, I GAVE YOU OVER A MONTH TO COMPLETE THE TRADE, AND YOU KEPT CHANGING THE DEAL.....AND NOW YOU WANT ME TO BUY THE CARD......................

Did you lose any cards or items? If not you CAN NOT leave him a negative ref. The most you can leave is a neutral ref.. That is per the gym rules.
 
Evil Psyduck, Just curious, If you recieved a card damaged because it was badly packaged for example, No toploader or cardboard, and the card arrives all bent and damaged, would you leave a neg ref or a neutral ref?
 
iFz LuxApe iFz has backed out of a trade with me too after addresses have been exchanged. He says he isn't a ripper or scammer- but backing out of trades might as well be a ripper/scammer
 
sure IWE you say buddy but opinions are like noses, we all have one and see how little people get ticked when they cant have a LUXRAY X its not even that great of a card and kirstin has 6 but no he just NEEDS mine but IWE cause im getting rid of all my stuff in a BLOWOUT and i have GB mat and everything but watever and if it toke my buddy andrew (ragneg) almost 3 weeks to get from you its bull cause our mail system is one of the fastest and buddy if you would have waited one more day to send he had mail fraud coming your way so yea ..... your the cautious trade PERIOD.

no, but you can say i lost some cards, had to decline several trade offers because of this person..this 12 year old kid should be taught a lesson, not only once, twice, three times or maybe more that he has back out of a trade after address has been exchanged..if you let this kid get away with this nonsense, there will be others that will follow his footstep..............
 
I know Kirstin pretty well and it's a guy by the way. He's a serious trader and likes to get things done quick. I'm still waiting on cards from ifz Luxape ifz. I know he received my stuff and he said he had the wrong address for me. I sent him my address again and he said he sent. So I'm hoping his cards get here by the latest on Halloween.

Yeah I got trades from iFz Luxape iFz pretty fast... and I think they weren't sent on monday? Don't know. Both times I got cards pretty fast tho...

I can say the same for Kirstin - serious trader and very on the ball with PMs and stuff. Sorry for the gender mix up there Kirstin, and I'm glad you live in CA that means I'll get my cards from u soon when paypal clears :D

I'd leave a negative, but if you're that concerned james, refer to the rules (they should cover that)

Kirstin is typically a guy name, KRIstin is typically a lady's name. I'm aware that PKM4 pointed out Kirstin's gender.
 
Ok i have just gone through and deleted a lot of off topic posts. This thread is for checking other traders only. If you have a problem with a trader email the gym tribunal. This is not to the forum to chat so take it to pm's. And no need to reply to this.
 
Has anyone traded with these people? i have had some problems with the one and am suspicious of the other.

I'm still waiting on ifz Luxape ifz part of the deal. He received my end over two weeks ago. He told me he sent out last week and then said he just sent out a couple of days ago.
