well if they happen to have more iTrader than you, then you can't really make them send first as that's against the rules (or did this change without me knowing?). You could ask them to, or simply back out (which is what I'd personally do).

general rule of thumb here - if they've more than 1 neg in their records - do some research ask both the person you're trying to trade with and the person who left the neg what happened.

if they've more than 1 neg within the month - I'd suggest not trading with them period.
 
I feel that one member should be banned or given a time from trading on here. This member have been ripping like crazy. This member is luxraygarchomp. I have never traded with him and never will. But even if I have not traded with them I will still say why I would like to get these members away from pokegym.

First I would like to start with luxaraygarchomp because he has ripped the most people. He has been ripping not only people on pokegym but on youtube as well. I know that many mods might not care if they rip on other places but I am reporting them because I do not want for more pokegym people to get ripped. I may not be a mod and as just a regular member people might not care for what I am doing but I am doing the right thing by not wanting more people to get ripped here. Now back to the issue, I have found 1 video of him saying that he has ripped. I will post them right here.

I see that sleep lock is posting again on the trade threads and hasn't responded to any of my PMs about the Tropical Beach he gypped me of.

And if he ripped you did you report it to the gym tribunal and give him a negative ref?

Yes that member is sketchy and iTrader reflects the nonsense they pull...

They too PMed me on youtube asking to trade for my Mewtwo EX I HAD.
They offered ALL THE FULL ART EXs

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...

It is a rule on most communities, trading ESPECIALLY

Ref system, 95% of the time if followed correctly should result in positive trades :)
If you try and bend the rules, sneak around them, or don't care, then you are risking losing cards.


However even with the scammer alert that TadashiStudio put up, that is virtually pointless here...
As well as any screenshots/videos on youtube, since luxraygarchomp is using a different name there, mods probably won't be able to verify it...

Mind you, they tried to scam me on youtube...
So STICK WITH YOUR GUT DON'T TRADE WITH SOMEONE WITH NEGATIVE REFS OR MAKE THEM SEND FIRST.
In a year, my iTrader is at 58, well more like a year and a third...
But still, it takes some time, but if you have a will, there is a way....
HOWEVER I hope mods take this into consideration

It is not pointless because I put it here to notify that he is and how he is a ripper.

I completely know that. It is all your choice because you are the mod of the trading post. At least think about what I said.

Everyone be aware not sure if this applies to gym but It might

Luxraygarchomp has said he's making a new YouTube account this may translate to gym as well so be cautious

He has 2 accounts already of what I saw. Thanks for the notification. I will be watching him so no more people will be ripped.

To the mods, i am not mini-modding I just don't want people to keep getting ripped. Soon enough once people get ripped to many times they might leave the forums here.

Not trying to attack you, so if it comes off as it it isn't...

However...

In all my time here on pokegym, I've followed the rules to the tee...
Only times I was ripped was when I was just starting out :)
I brought both issues to tribunal and both were dealt with...

I may be dealing with a third, however they contacted me saying they had sent it out with freebies since they forgot to send, so we will see what happens here....

Either or...

I don't think one troll will make this site go into ruins
 
I only have one acount here lol besides the account i had in 2010 wich i lost my passowrd to im no troll im just a scammer and go ahead quote me i dont give a hell

2. I still haven't recieved my cards
3. A whole bunch of people are complaining about you

Mods may I request a ban on Luxraygarchomp for scamming many people on pokegym.

I think the mods are capable of doing their jobs without you mini-modding.

Don't say I disagree with the point, but you've already made your case. Lay off at this point.
